THIS IS A SCAM according to HOMEBASE customer services. The order number from the website is bogus. There is nothing coming from them.

IF YOU ARE A VICTIM - RAISE A TRANSACTION DISPUTE WITH YOU BANK - IT MUST BE 30 days after the transaction by Law ... but the scammer will know this and take off to the cayman islands with peoples hard earned money before then ALLEDGEDLY. Also BLOCK this company with your bank.

I too fell for this scam - if something is too good to be true - it obviously is!

I got scam just like everyone else my Christmas gift what gets me up what gets me upset is that we work hard for that money. And we save it. And for someone to come and take it from us on a holiday on Christmas is there is there anything we can do to . They wanted to refund me 20% of what I spend no then they text me back and they want give me 30% they took from $70.00. I want my whole amount

Bought stuff from Big Lots online clearance and fell hook line and sinker. All this company did was take money from my bank account. Never received any of the purchased items. Just a big scam. This whole world has become where you can’t trust anyone anymore. Everyone is out to scam you.

Fell for the Homebase clearance sale.
Ordered a storage box which never arrived. Payment was taken by Luvef. Com. Storage box never arrived, no way of contacting the company.
Worryingly since this happened on 28 Dec our credit card had been 'used' twice without our knowledge.. Once to Purchase BMW and second for a hotel stay in Manchester. Fortunately our card provider stopped these payments. A complete scam

Scam, fraud. Be aware.. Tupperware closing party. Taking $$ from People it"s a shame. After this my credit card was used for two transactions without my consent. WATCH OUT!! DONT TRUST THEM. REPORTED TO FACEBOOK AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY

Total scam. I ordered from the Facebook Homebase advert. This looked so genuine, even to the full details of the administration company. You will not receive an order confirmation and the vendor will turn out to be From Luvef. Although I checked the details on the administrators and all looked OK, I didn't check against the actual Homebase site. The Facebook website address appears to be homebaseinuk.com which looks genuine but is a phishing site according to Malwarebytes.

This is a scam. Should have been smarter when I ordered. Said Big Lots closing sale. Ya.., they’re closing, but my “order” is a scam. I can’t find any kind of “receipt” or anything. Thought I could save money on essentials. Foolish me.

These guys can replicate reputable websites to cheat and scam people. I fell for their Balsam Hill web site. I spent a ton of time trying to choose which tree I wanted.I was so excited. The first time my charge didn't go through but did the second time. Then I got an email from my credit card saying it was a possible fraud so they didn't put it through the first time. Not sure why they did the second time. So out 53$ and not getting my dream Christmas tree! How do we stop these Facebook scammers?!! It said trust pilot all over the site.

Ad said it was for Talbots clearance. Never got the merchandise and they charged my card. When I replied to the confirmation email they replied they had no order for me Grrrrr

I am beyond pissed with these scammers!! You took my hard earned money and I don’t take a liken to that! I am taking legal action against you! I will get my money back. And Hey Mark Zuckerberg STOP LETTING THESE ASSHOLES POST ON YOUR FACEBOOK AND SCAM US!!

Company should old be shut down and brought to justice for stealing peoples money without even planning on fulfilling! I wonder how many families like mine were stolen from over the holidays.. thanks facebook for allowing these companies to buy their way onto your site! Come on government, shut it down and protect your people.

I fell for the Homebase scam others have mentioned. The only thing that makes me feel a bit better about it is that they too thought it looked totally believable. No mention of Luvef until I contacted my bank. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I fell for Tupperware clearance sale too. Cancelled my card straight away dispute is with bank. Realised as soon as I didn’t get an email from them confirming.

They took my money and I get nothing. Chime said they didn't see a problem with the transaction. Are you frickin kidding clearly you can see the difference between the two websites. Now of course I can't find the fake Big Lots.

never received my Tupperware that was a going out of business sale, there are far too many groups that are scams! They sure took my money quickly. The internet police should be policing better

Never received, I thought it was Homebase clearances sale only when saw my bank details it was a LUVEF took 44 pounds out not Homebase ok it’s not of money to some people but to a British pension it is .

Made an on line order from Big Lots because they are closing all the stores and can’t find any order made but my account was charged the what I ordered and I never got any merchandise from them , it is a shame to take advantage of people like this , I hope you get caught and live the rest of your life behind bars
