You are a disgrace, I had a $41;18 order and I never recvd it. But you got my money. I am sick.

This is a follow up of review on Harry and David gift. The Facebook store I ordered from refused my request for a refund. Said it was delivered. WELL IT WASN'T. I followed tracking and it never delivered. Learned my lesson the hard way. Facebook really needs to validate the shops they let sale.

Never received my order

SCAM!! Looks legit on FB as Balsam Hill. I fell for these expensive trees that were all reduced to $39.99 (any size).. Right there I should have known! Received a txt notification from my CC company immediately that is possible international fraud! Notified them immediately, yes it was! Had a bad feeling right away! Don't buy off FB. Double check the offical site for prices!

I ordered as I thought was Big Lots but when I saw my acct charge it Luvef! I had no idea who this was so I looked it up and saw that this is a scam acct. I have tried getting my money back since I never got the groceries I ordered but couldn’t reach anyone. BEWARE!

I know there are a lot of scams on Facebook and I saw BIG Lots on there with a 90% sale. I decided to go on Google and put in biglots.com to see if it was real and it came up as a 90 % sale. I ordered about $45. Worth of product. With in a few minutes my bank had flagged this transaction as a possible scam. My bank does not want to take care of it because I made the purchase. This is the first time this has ever happened with my bank. It's nothing I could control. Buyer beware

Biggest scam bought quite a few things got order confirmation thru email 4 weeks on still nothing now in the hands of bank. Got in contact and give me a tracking number which is a china tracking. Plus says delivered . But can’t email them back now

Absolute scam said it’s from Homebase liquidation and taking order but not sending goods. Now reported to bank to reclaim the payment. This should be stopped from taking peoples money it is a SCAM

SCAM COMPANY took my money and no goods arrived this company should be stopped from advertising as Homsbase sale.

Fell for the Big lots 90% off scam . Got email confirmation and everything. Took my $56 bucks. Now disputing with bank

Scam!!! Clicked on the homebase closing down sale on FB (I know very stupid, never done it before won't be doing it again) "bought" a office chair, didn't receive email order confirmation. Thankfully paid by credit card and took screen shots of the purchase page (very convincing homebase payment page)
Hopefully they pull back the payment.

These scum bags stole my $60.15 pretending to be Balsam Hill and I never received anything from them. I used my Cash app debit card and they denied my fraud claim. I don't understand why it was denied but they refuse to reopen my case. Their probably in on it. Just have to be more than careful these days. Can't trust anyone anymore

This business needs to be shutdown. They replicated Big Lots Closeout. Everything looked legit. All the way until shipping tracking. No response to emails. Total Scam. Even their identity is well hidden. Now disputing through my credit card company. Their rating should be MINUS 100.

This transaction was for tupperware.
Tupperware is bankrupt.
The emails have bounced.
From Luvef London GBR is what appears on my bank statement. It is a scam.

I too got taken with the Big Lots clearance sale. I thought they closed all their stores so I thought they were trying to clear inventory. My bank questioned the purchase if I had done it I answered yes. But once it went thru everything disappeared. That was tonight. I looked up Luvef saw it was a scam. So I locked my credit card, called my bank and had they close the card and I will get my new one in the mail. The fraud department said I should still dispute the transaction. But I know they will not be able to use my credit card info for anything else. I am usually so careful but this looked authentic. Hope they get shut down!

THESE SCAMERS ARE NOT BIG LOTS!! Excellent fake website making you think you can purchase items for Rock Bottom Prices. If you come across them - STOP!! I got took and have opened a dispute with my CC company. Beware and be safe Everyone...
