Very pleasant staff and gets work done very quickly and professionally. Even though I didn't like 2 or 3 cars you would come back with another 1 and never give up 10 stars

I was signposted to Luv Cars through…
I was signposted to Luv Cars through the Totally Money app which I use regularly. The process was simple and the Car Specialist - Reece, was really helpful and appreciated what car I was looking for. I finally settled on one I'd found via another platform and Reece didnt hesitate to contact the dealer to secure the sale.
I was even able to amend the amount of the finance slightly, when my car sale was less than planned. This was no hassle to Reece at all.
Charlotte and the handover team were also very proactive and I collected my new car yesterday and i love it! Only note, I didnt pick up on the small admin and "right to buy" fee in my final payment until I saw the finance agreement to sign.
That said, I would absolutely use this service again!

They were friendly positive and helpful. They helped me source a great car. Then they put me in touch with a great lender. They supported me as I uploaded documents and liased with the lender. They informed me when I had the finance.

Awaful if i could i would have give them negotive rating none of them have clue what they doing what they are saying they arrange the collection for me i told them i am going from cornwall but when i reached the dealership in london they refised to hand over the vehicle as they said the finance company did not pay them yet so i lose £400 on taxi and plus the train ticket back to cornwall plus train ticket back also the hasel plus dealership refused to refund the deposit avoid them its scam donot fall in to there trap
