Lutetia Travel, and Ligia Cheron in particular, made it totally worth it! We developed a custom itinerary, much of it based upon constraints. I tried using AI to plan but that became unworkable and... Zobacz więcej

Ligia has taken the time to get to know me and my family in helping us plan some very memorable vacations. Most recently an amazing trip my wife and I took to the Amalfi Coast in Italy. She has also helped us with beautiful all inclusive trip the whole family took to Cancun, Mexico. She is very prompt, detailed and professional. I would highly recommend her and plan to continue using her in the future.

Exceptional service! Ligia is the best!
We have used Ligia for 20 years for complex booking for our European trips. We are a family of 5 , with different travel needs, partially overlapping. Ligia's service has always been outstanding! Not only she manages to book our flights with optimal layover, but she provides support for any needs that may arise. When my flight was delayed and connecting flight was lost, I called Ligia and she gave me specific instructions on what flight to rebook. Like that, I was way ahead of the rest of passengers and already rebooked by the time I landed. Having exceptional support gives us peace of mind especially with airlines being chaotic and with poor customer service.
Her knowledge and planning skills made our trips to Italy and Spain incredibly smooth!

Thank you Mr. Tesu, I appreciate. Thank you also for your business all these years.
Group booking to Europe
This was my first experience with Lutetia Travel booking for a group of athletes traveling to Europe for a Rowing Worlds Competition and I have to say that Ligia absolutely exceeded all my expectations. She asked all the necessary questions to make sure all bookings are done correctly for each individual. She spent numerous hours on the phone and online searching the best deals for the group. The whole trip was great and we haven't had any issues. Thank you Ligia and we will definitely come back to you.

We have used Lutetia Travel multiple times - Ligia is amazing! She is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and always very professional. She has multiple years of experience which has been very helpful as we’ve had to navigate through tougher travel laws and customs, especially for our trips to Europe. We will never use anyone else for traveling and sincerely hope Ligia never retires! Thanks, Ligia!
