Never again!!
We’ve ordered 2 bar stools and the only good thing that happened was the 1st chair delivered, and then everything good stops there…
They had the audacity to tell me on the email to look better in the box because there should be 2. yes, read that again!!!
And after they’ve realised I was right, they’ve apologised and gave the ok for the 2nd one to be delivered …
To be honest from the way they spoke with me on the phone and email, I wasn’t expecting anything good, I didn’t even believe when they’ve said they will send it, couldn’t even say thank you and will never say it…
I have received the 2nd chair today… already built up and DAMAGED ( is like they took a rejected product and gave it to me - here you go to shut up )!! scratches in different places , deep ones, the “leather” is scratched in one place…. All for a mistake I haven’t done and on the money I am working hard for….
But the thing is…in life you are going to receive what you give… Honesty and correctitude is hard to find nowadays…
And don’t you dare to blame DPD again!

To clarify, the second bar stool was originally dispatched, however it was returned to sender by DPD. Once we investigated this with the courier and confirmed the return, we arranged for another bar stool to be sent out to you.

Do not use this company quality and service is diabolical
Hi All
I bought a Luca Marble table from here I spent £2.343.70 it looked great online when received the quality and detail was not up to standard it didn’t take few weeks until the gloss marble finishing on top the table had been cracks all over the top layer like it was key or something sharp strokes I stroked my fingers through but it was inside the gloss finish of the table.
This table was placed in dinning room were me and my wife have not used yet to eat on not even once.
I emailed lush interior regarding this and they can’t solve the problem and been very unprofessional to do anything about it as I said I spend a lot of money. Also that if it happen when building table I should have reported then I clearly explained this we didn’t seen the marks then it appeared after few weeks not a mark and that there was all over the table and around the edges. Yet still said they can’t do nothing so we are very not happy with their service and product.
I won’t be recommending anyone or any purchase again.

As explained in our previous correspondence, the issue was reported around two months after delivery. At the time of delivery and assembly, customers are given the opportunity to inspect the furniture and report any concerns so that we can address them promptly.
Unfortunately, as the matter was raised significantly after delivery and the table had already been assembled and in the home for some time, we were unable to determine that the issue was present at the time of delivery or due to a manufacturing fault.
We do understand that this is disappointing and we are sorry that on this occasion we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for.
