We were introduced to Lune & Wild by a friend. Our LO loves the snacks - so nice knowing she’s getting great ingredients in a weaning friendly (and low mess, iykyk) manner.

We had issues with DPD losing our package. But customer service responded quickly & sorted us out with a new order.

I have been giving my 12 month old baby Lune and Wild for a number of months now. He adores the sauces (super easy and quick) and I tend to use lentil or chickpea pasta which cooks in less than 5 mins. These sauces are very tasty and convenient for busy mums and I like that there are minimal ingredients. Would love to see some more veggie sauces or even a chicken pasta sauce (limiting red meat!)

He is a massive fan of the carrot cake fingers and muffins too and these make great snacks.

I have tried another competitor to L&W this week and so far my baby has rejected all the food from the competitor - clearly he has a preference!

I ordered a lune & wild box to try before I return to work 5 days after maternity leave. The website was very easy to use and I contacted the Instagram team with a few questions and queries and they were so helpful! The food itself my little boy absolutely loves! The ease of making it in 5 minutes as I return home knowing I’m also giving my boy something nutritious is the most amazing feeling, especially when the traffic is bad! The snacks have also been great for me to pack in his lunch box. I would recommend lune & wild to any mum just to have in the freezer for any circumstances life throws at you! I can’t wait to try more meals with my boy :)

Amazing customer service! My box was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address (this was DPD’s fault not Lune & Wild’s), but Emma-Louise responded to me immediately and rectified it by sending out another box the next day. I’ve been ordering for around 4 months now and the quality and convenience is great. My one year old loves all of the recipes, particularly the shepherds pie which she makes ‘mmm’ noises all the way through. I’ve tried a few spoonfuls of each and my favourite is the spinach and coconut curry - tastes amazing with a dollop of Greek yoghurt on top! Thank you!

I ordered a box and my little girl enjoyed the meals, they're great. The only thing I will say is I'd love to see more variety and options for older 12m+ children, so toddler meals.

I found what turned out to be a date stone in one of the carrot fingers and reported it. After not receiving a reply at first, I thought that this was just being ignored and I felt really disappointed because I wanted to love it.

A few weeks passed and I got a call from Emma-Louise, who explained that as my email has an Italian domain it went into spam. She also started an investigation into what the object I found was and got back to me promptly with the outcome. She reassured me that they take food safety very seriously and that they have made their supplier aware.

Overall, the service from Emma-Louise has been wonderful and has restored my faith in the business so I will be purchasing again. Thank you Emma-Louise!

DPD driver left the box out on the street where lots of walkers pass by and never knocked or rang my doorbell. After I received an email notification 20 minutes later and was able to check my phone, the box was gone. Contacted them to say my box is missing thanks to DPD (shocking!) and supplied some footage of my security camera and they kept asking for more and more and more footage even footage that my camera is not able to capture… total invasion of privacy and disregard for how stressful and busy mum life is. At the end told them to forget it as I spent the day practically working to give them information to be treated like a liar apparently repeating the same thing over and over whilst leaving my baby to cry. Will be contacting citizens advice. Then they kept calling but I can’t spend a single second more speaking to these people.

Website is easy to navigate. Subscription can be paused easily, months skipped etc. The delivery is great, food has always been kept cold. Most of all you can tell the quality of the food is great. My little one loves the meals and snacks and they always smell delicious when I am heating them up. So convenient for busy family life.

I’m new to Lune&Wild and still working through my first order. I needed to pause the next order and forgot to do it in time. I got in touch and Emma-Louise was so helpful and quick to resolve my query. Great customer service.

My 11m old baby absolutely loves Lune+Wild's meals. They've made weaning so much simpler and I love knowing that she is eating organic home cooked meals. They really are a life saver. She literally does a happy dance when she sees her favourite meals (shepherds pie and the bolognese!).

I absolutely love Lune & Wild. I only wish I had this for my first son. With him I would give him some of the “little fish” ready made meals. I think they are fine but bland and expensive considering you need to use them straight away. With L&W I feel the food is more adventurous and unique. They taste like they were cooked that day and I love how easy they are to prep. When I did the maths it turns out they cost about the same as some ready made pouches. That made it a very easy choice for me. The shepherds pie is my youngest favorite!

Along with their food, I’m so impressed with the customer service. I forgot to update my new card and reached out once I noticed. Emma-Louise was so helpful making sure my order was sorted and even offered to help with any date changes I needed. I really appreciated how responsive and kind she was. Our little one has been loving her weaning journey with Lune and Wild the meals always smell and taste great Very quick response from customer service when we had a hiccup with one of our deliveries but was resolved very promptly and with care for quick meals with excellent nutrition for your little one I have found lune and wild to be the best option in the UK
