By Ruby are consistently of the highest standard. No horrible additives, generous portions and a life-saver when you are unable to cook yourself. I always keep some in the freezer.

First time I've used byRuby only just started eating first impressions excellent intend to re-order when I've eaten a bit more and made room in the freezer.

Lack of communication

I did not receive my order and have not been contacted by RUBY after making numerous phone calls 6 in all ! I should have received my order on the 20th confirmed by the courier but nothing arrived! I have informed RUBY on six occasions and they don’t bother responding.
I am really disappointed with their lack of communication! Still no response! 😬

Courier did not delivered to my…

Courier did not delivered to my address.Had to go and find them, why they just don’t use what 3 words I do not know.Not happy! Ken Knight.

Chicken tikka

I was very disappointed to discover there was no rice with my chicken ticket. Not really a meal without the rice. Chicken and sauce very nice.
