Purchased a custom made coffee table. We received it and could not be happier. They built it just the way we wanted it. Shipping was great and the table was packed well with no damage.

Would give 0 starts…
My sample order was cancelled without explanation. Then, after reaching out to customer service and asking to reordering (or a refund) I still never received anything (months later). Seemed like nobody from customer service has any urgency to help…

Thank you very much!
Great flooring, damaged in shipping
Loved the flooring itself and it arrived quickly, but every box arrived significantly damaged (boxes were crushed and both ends of all cartons were open) and the equivalent of 1 whole box of material out of three could not be used for my project due to the locking channels being damaged. Kept it because this specific flooring is discontinued and hard to find.

Hi Angela, Thank you for letting us know! We have refunded the damaged carton :) 3 boxes or less ship parcel (UPS ground or FedEx) and there is most always damages to the locking systems on LVP. Glad you received the discontinued flooring we found and were able to complete your project!
Outstanding Service and Unbeatable Value

**Unbeatable Pricing:** Lumberjack Direct offers some of the best prices in the industry. I compared their rates with several other suppliers, and they consistently had the lowest prices without compromising on quality. It’s rare to find such great value, but Lumberjack Direct manages to deliver.
**Wide Selection:** The variety of flooring available is impressive. The comprehensive selection ensures that you’ll find exactly what you need for any project, big or small.
**Knowledgeable and Helpful Sales Process:** Jake at Lumberjack Direct is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. He guided me through the entire process, providing expert advice and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. His expertise made the purchasing process smooth and stress-free.
**Incredible Customer Support:** What truly sets Lumberjack Direct apart is their stellar customer support. From the moment I placed my order to the timely delivery, Jake was there to assist me every step of the way. I was looking for a specfic wood that I wanted to install in my home. I live in NJ and and all the prices around here seemed extremely high. I did a search on the interenet and came across Lumberjack Direct. They had the wood I wanted and the best price in the country. I spoke with the owner Jacob Kear and he was kind enough to send me a sample piece of the wood. It was exactly what I was looking for. I also dealt with one of the people that work for him named Dylan Peace and he was also extremely helpful. I told them that I would not be ready in a month or so and they said no problem. They were not pushy at all. They were polite and again the price was the best out there for this particular wood that i wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very helpful and will work with you if you have a budget.
