Andrew, Justin, and Dylan are the most responsive and most helpful flooring people I have ever done business with. They were very flexible and understanding with my scheduling and restraints in my flooring project and I can't thank them enough. The Garrison products used in the project were amazing, both the hardwood and the adhesive. And the quote they provided me was incredibly competitive.

If I have another hardwood flooring project, I'm not going to hesitate to do business with them again

Erykah was fantastic. She helped me save some money on freight costs and was such a pleasure to work with. Great customer service! Product pricing is quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your flooring!

Excellent customer service, great price getting anything you need! Orders big or small, they will help you in every single step. We had a flood during j stallion and they quickly helped us get a replacement for what was damaged, and walked us through mitigating damage to what had been laid. This is what businesses should strive to be.

Jacob, the owner, is passionate about providing good customer service. He was responsive, provided ample samples before I decided on my floor material, and kept in touch during delivery as well as afterwards ensuring that I was pleased with my new floor. Throughout the whole buying process I felt comfortable and at ease that I was getting exactly what I needed.

Nice quality flooring and fast service with delivery.

I only needed a small amount of flooring to repair an existing floor and the floor I needed was discontiuned, but Erykah at Lumberjack Direct called around and found a few cases for me to get our job done. She went above and beyond, and that's rare these days. Thank you, Erykah! You saved the day!

Sometimes things don’t go perfect but a company still deserves 5 stars. We had a mix up at the pick up location that turned into a big inconvenience. However Lumber Jack stayed on top of it and did right by the mistake. Would absolutely use them again

If you need flooring - look no further. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect flooring within my budget, and the quality of the materials is outstanding—durable, beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. Turnaround time was quick, too!
I must say, what stood out the most was their customer service (which is hard to come by these days!). They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. It's incredibly rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers like Lumberjack Direct does.
If you're looking for top-notch flooring at a great price with unbeatable service, shop with these guys. You won’t regret it!

The experience working with Lumberjack Direct was incredible. I couldn't find the Hallmark flooring we were looking for anywhere in the country. I called Jacob and Dylan and they were able to get me the lowest quote, the cheapest freight, and the fastest ship time. We are going to have flooring in our house in a week instead of 6-8 weeks.

This company is amazing. We didn't have materials we needed to complete our project due to another company cancelling our order without notice. They rushed the delivery and got it to us ASAP. GREAT COMPANY!!

This company is incredible! Their pricing beat everyone! The customer service unit is the best I have dealt with and Dylan Peace, Jake and Chris were very helpful. In addition, the shipping was FAST and well packed. You won't go wrong using this company!!

Thank you!!!

Lumberjack direct had great pricing for my new hardwoods and their customer service was amazing. Spoke to a very knowledgable individual who helped me with my order and it only took about 10 days to ship.

I was honestly surprised with how well they packaged the pallet and it arrived with no damage to any of the boxes of hardwood or the separate tube with my hardwood transitions and stair edges

Very professional. Clear communication. Very reasonable price as well -when they call - they already have your order number and all - so efficient. Highly recommended

We are so happy with the customer service from Lumberjack Direct. Dylan answered all our questions and assured us about the safety of ordering through their company online. The delivery was excellent and quality of our flooring is great !! We definitely saved some money and had a great experience with Lumberjack Direct we would highly recommend them.

Professional extremely helpful all the way thru. Trustworthy company. Ordered a special glue for a special floor. And these guys got it shipped out fast. Thank you again.

The "Lumber-Jacks" are the best! Andrew and Dylan were super patient and provided extraordinary customer service; from the very beginning with the selection and then delivery of the LVP for our new home construction project. The LVP arrived in excellent condition and looks beautiful!

The quick response and high quality of customer service was amazing. We had Justin Miller who helped us through the easy order process, and the process was really simple.
