Luggage Superstore Recenzje

Great selection of cases. Good price discount and payment options. Cabin/laptop suitcase arrived quickly. Lots of useful dimensions info on the site re airline cabin allowances, etc.

Excellent service quality product.I am sure my granddaughter will love it.

I ordered a large samsonite suitcase , l opted for 3-5 day postage which was free . The case arrived within 2 days , it was packaged really well . I’m really pleased with it and found the price reasonable. Would definitely buy from there again if l needed a suitcase .

I ordered a suitcase which, unfortunately, turned out to be unavailable. I was promptly offered alternative options, but ultimately chose a refund.

The customer service I received—especially from Maria—was exceptional. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the refund was handled without any issues.

Although I didn't get the product I originally wanted, the level of service has earned my trust. I’ll definitely shop with them again in the future based on this experience alone.

Luggage superstore great customer service, great products would 100% recommend

Replied quickly to my questions via email. Great and efficient service.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing an order, I received no communication whatsoever—no tracking details, no dispatch confirmation, and no updates—leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my purchase.

Despite multiple attempts to reach out via their website chat, I received no timely response, and the overall tone when I finally did get a reply was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, the blame was deflected onto me, suggesting I should have checked my junk folder or simply waited longer.

The order was eventually shipped, but only after I chased it myself. It’s incredibly frustrating to be expected to just “wait and see” while the company is quick to debit the payment without providing the basic level of service or reassurance that any reputable business should.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company and will be advising others to look elsewhere—preferably with a retailer that values its customers, offers clear updates, and handles concerns with professionalism and respect.

Exceptionally good customer service, Sarah, went above and beyond to assist me with my order.

Quality products. Very happy customer:

Easy to order and return. Good prices with fast delivery

Amazing service!
We realised our luggage would be delivered too late but contacted customer service, they helped immediately and we had our luggage delivered next day!
Highly recommend, brilliant service. Thank you!

Great service! Ordered two American Tourister Jet Driver suitcases. Ordering process was quick and very easy. Cases arrived within a few days & well packaged. Would highly recommend Luggage Superstore and would order from them again.

3 day delivery was one day!! Our £70 cases have TSA locks and zip eyes for a TSA padlock if you need that extra bit of casual security.

4 double wheel castor. Rubber 'tyres' can be pulled easily and has yet to be tried in anger. 68 medium size more than large enough for our 2 weeks away (we are great packers and are clothes frugal!)

Great job & we didn't use the billionaire place 🙏🏼😁

- Great customer service - we initially had an issue with DPD not delivery the suitcase ordered but Maria sent the suitcase straight back and it arrived the next day. Then we had a problem sending a XL suitcase with DPD but she sorted the problem on the spot with the post office staff.
- Quick delivery (bought a smaller suitcase - same day dispatch and next day delivery)
- Great product and much cheaper than on the manufacturer's website.
Would recommend purchasing from this company.

Wow wow wow. Yesterday afternoon I ordered Samsonite luggage for 50% off. Couldn’t believe the price !!! And today in the morning it’s already here! You absolutely smashing it guys thank you very much

The website is easy to navigate. The case was dispatched the same afternoon I ordered it, which is a rare experience in my opinion. The case was very well packaged, arrived super fast and is just as described. I've already told my sister who needs a case to use this company. As I will when we require another case. Many thanks Luggage Superstore. Michelle B.

Beautiful suitcase. Well made, very light and easy to push/ pull. Delivered promptly - next day. Excellent service

Great and prompt service. Everything was as described. I wasn’t sure if they were legit but I had to return 3 of the suitcases as I wanted the bigger size. The DPD return service was easy. Customer service was good but I asked for a new discount code to buy the larger cases (as I had a code originally) this was granted but never came through despite a few emails, so I ended up buying them from another luggage provider that had a discount code available.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

perfect,

helpful, good value and quick delivery!

As it so turns out the suitcase I bought was too large and I returned it. But, it was delivered quickly and on time and my refund was made quickly too. I was impressed with this company!
