I have ordered twice now from Luckyscent. Here are my pros and cons.
PROS
1. They carry an abundance of brands and have some of the most unique scents I have ever tried. TRY SALTED GREEN MANGO-SOOO complex-my new favorite-fragrance lasts all day!
2. Prompt delivery
3. When a mistake is made, quick to fix.
4. Excellent description of fragrance and ingredients-easy website to use
CONS
1. No spray samples unless your purchase Molecules fragrance
2. caps on vials difficult to open
3. glass vials too small

I have ordered 2x from them now and will continue to do so. Never ending choices and carry brands you won't find in department stores.

I was shocked at how super tiny the vials were!!! And they don't even use spray bottles!!!! Fragrances smell differently when you spray them on vs pouring them on skin from a vial. It gets all over your fingers and waste what precious little they send you. I was extremely disappointed when I spent over a hundred dollars on samples only to have these microscopic vials show up. Shame on you Luckyscent!

I've been shopping with luckyscent for several years now. I love their sample service and you usually get a couple of samples with every purchase Pricing is generally on par, and shipping to me in Canada has always gone smoothly. One of my favorite on line companies by far.

This is an excellent company with super knowledgeable staff and stellar customer service. I'm one of those people who complains if the service I paid for is not satisfactory, but I feel that a company also should get credit where credit is due! I ordered a custom fitting (fragrance fitting) of samples as I was searching for something unique. They sent me several more samples than was stated on the website and they did such a good job fitting me, I bought a very expensive bottle of one of them. As well, they sent me a sample (not in my fitting) that wasn't remotely what I would like in place of one stated in my fitting, and they not only sent me the intended sample, but I just received mail, totally unexpectedly, with two more samples of it! They are VERY generous with their samples. I always receive more than I thought I'd get. Quick shipping (even to Canada) and great service. I won't be using any other company in future.

I've bought many fragrances and hundreds of samples. They are totally legit. Their stores in NY and LA are very nice and the sales people are super helpful and knowledgeable... I dont know why anyone would ever go on a rant about them. They are super legit and fine... they have a pretty severe return policy but fair enough.. the scents lose value if they are open.

Luckyscent is possibly the best website on the Internet for luxury, hard-to-find and rare fragrances that are a cut above anything else available to the average person.
I have been a Luckyscent customer for many years and although I have not shopped there in a while I have not forgotten all the wonderful fragrances they carry and how special their offerings are.
Their prices are reasonable, the website is a beautiful and a pleasure to navigate and scroll through, the descriptions of the fragrances are a pleasure to read and you can tell whomever wrote them takes great pleasure in his / her craft, as well as having a great knowledge of perfumerie because the way they describe the fragrances is sublime.
Everytime I visit this website I want to buy several of the fragrances based on the on the descriptions alone but you just can't do that ever!
I hope Luckyscent is always there when I want a very, very special fragrance.

I purchased quite a few niche fragrance samples from luckyscent and they were by far the worst samples I’ve ever received, if I could give zero stars I would. First of all, compared to other companies I’ve tried who sell fragrance samples, luckyscent’s samples are the smallest I’ve seen and especially for the price that they’re charging for their samples, it’s not worth it. Secondly they are the only fragrance company I’ve tried that don’t use spray bottles for their samples. This makes it quite difficult to sample the fragrances to get a good feel of them before you spend money buying the actual fragrance. I am incredibly disappointed and angry that I wasted my money getting samples from this company especially living in Canada makes it even more frustrating because it cost me more money for the samples and they were a huge disappointment. Luckyscent give the worst samples ever and I would STRONGLY discourage anyone and everyone from getting samples from this company And get fragrance samples elsewhere.

Do NOT shop with this company. I purchased a perfume from them which ended up being fake. Called the company right away and the rep on the line told me they cannot guarantee authenticity on their items. I was sent a return label and sent the package back the next day. Over a week, and still no refund. Customer support is also not eager to solve the issue.
I have read many reviews about this company and wish I listened to the reviews. This company is a fraud!

I love my house very much and all sorts of interior things delight me. The best place for inspiration for me is the shop luckyscent.com where the set of goods capable to transform and decorate your house is presented, and also to make your stay in it cozier and warmer.
In addition, there are very nice discounts in the store.
I found a gift for my wife in this anniversary store. He liked it very much. And this says a lot
