Hallo liebe Mitmenschen.
Achtung: ich kann nur WARNEN vor dieser Seite.
Ich habe im Oktober 24 schon mal ein wenig nach Geburtstags- und Weihnachts- Geschenken im Netz gestöbert, dabei bin ich auf die folgende Seite gekommen. Tamoquatop- dahinter verbirgt sich nichts gutes, was ich leider zu spät bemerkt habe. Tolle Angebote für Parfüme, wow- habe ich gedacht.
Ich habe mich angemeldet, meine Bestellung abgeschickt und sofort bezahlt. Dann habe ich eine Bestätigung per E-Mail erhalten, mit Bestellnummer, wie man das alles kennt.
Nach 7-10 Werktagen sollte das Paket bei mir ankommen.
Nach 14 Tagen war die Ware leider immer noch nicht da. Das ist bis Dato, heute - 24.12.24 immer noch so, obwohl ich bisher einiges an Schriftverkehr per Mail hatte/ noch habe. Hier kommen die sonderbaren Aussagen, von zwei verschiedenen E-Mails.( leider kann man die hier nicht bekannt geben, musste sie löschen)
Ich hätte das Paket schon gekommen?, heißt es- sie haben meine Unterschrift.
Würde ich denn nachfragen, wenn ich meine bezahlte Ware schon habe? Das ist eine Frechheit. Ich kenne die Postboten und Auslieferer, ich bekomme nicht das erste mal ein Paket.
Als ich nach dem Beweis fragte, welcher Lieferdienst es abgegeben hat- wurde mir geschrieben, dass sie sich beim Lieferanten/ Auslieferer erkundigen müssen. Das dauert ein paar Tage. Das ganze Spiel geht schon seit Wochen. Alles leere Versprechen, kann ich nur sagen.
Ich habe das noch nicht erlebt.
Nach meiner Recherche habe ich einiges gefunden und leider festgestellt, dass alles hier Fake ist. Die E- Mails sind vom Inhalt immer wieder gleich oder Ähnlich. Haben Fehler und keine Firmenkennung. Keinen Name- und ,,beste Grüße ,, -ist falsch geschrieben.
Auf meine Frage, dass Geld einfach auf mein Konto zurück zu buchen, geht man gar nicht ein.
Es fühlt sich keiner verantwortlich.

I've made multiple orders with them and they are amazing. They're not a discounter store but definitely worth it for frags you can't find at a large discount. The free samples they pick for me are always 100% on point. Once when I purchased a bunch of samples they sent me a wrong sample but shipped the correct one really fast with no hassle. The dabbers are fine I have no complaints about that format.
Watered down samples
I ordered a full bottle which I believe is the legit product however, the samples I ordered were no doubt watered down. I could only smell a hint of the fragrance. I compared their samples to tester bottles in a department store and it was painfully obvious they had been watered down. I won’t be ordering from luckyscent again full bottle or otherwise. I don’t trust them.
Awful customer service especially when…
Awful customer service especially when it comes to shipping. I paid $60 USD to ship a perfume to Sydney, Australia and it was neglected to an unacceptable degree. It took 4 days for Lucky Scents to post the perfume, and then it sat in Sydney airport for 5 days… I don’t recommend Lucky Scents at all if you live outside of the States.

Since late spring I’ve been in a time of bereavement,and I went to the Scent Bar with a dear friend who was looking after me..there,I had the privilege of meeting Susannah who treated me with great sensitivity and expertise..finding me the perfect scent..something my dear late wife would have adored..
It’s a rare and precious thing..when one finds not only a place of such nurturing tranquility,but gets to meet someone like Susannah,who is not only immensely knowledgeable in her field,but is so very intuitive to the needs of her client..

Missing sample from order
Placed an order a month ago and recived it today. I am in Sweden so I was expecting it, but that’s not the problem. When I got my long awaited package one of the samples I bought is missing. It’s extremely disappointing and also makes the business look unserious. Will not order from here again.

I've been shopping online with them for years. I've never had a problem. The shipping is a little slower sometimes, but it's still pretty good.
Customer service is outstanding. All of my emails, even the ridiculous ones, have been answered quickly. They are patient and give me good recommendations. They have even given me a few freebies and I appreciate that very much.
By no means am I a big spender or a sophisticated collector. I really appreciate how approachable and enthusiastic everyone at Luckyscent is. They have been willing to share their love for fragrances with me, and I learn quite a bit.

Luckyscent has a huge selection of genuine perfumes, and I've found their prices/shipping/customer service to be very satisfactory over multiple (nearing double-digit) orders over the last two years. Most of my orders have arrived quickly and safely, and the few small issues I've had have been rectified by a friendly customer service agent. Highly recommend.
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company, they are horrible. I spent over $2000 dollars and they gave me a hard time with the order because of the amount I spent. Right after that I made another order because I’m a collector and they contacted me and said that they wouldn’t honor my purchase and would have to hold it until 30 to 60 days, The funds was already deducted from my account so I just don’t understand the logic. Anyways this company has lost a vip customer and I don’t recommend anybody to use them.

Horrid customer service. Been a customer for more than 10 years and these inconsiderate goons can't be bothered to help me replace a package that was lost by their chosen shipper. Pity as they have probably the largest selection of niche fragrances around, but will avoid them in the future

Luckyscent is NOT a grey market vendor like Strawberry, fragrancex, fragrancenet & more. It's like comparing a salon to box dye...
They are a legit stockist/vendor the brands they sell. If you're not sure, go check out your brands retailer lists, they're there. Trustpilot wouldn't let me link them.
I've been buying from Luckyscent for quite a while now. Spent A LOT of money and I have to say that my experiences have always been wonderful. Andrea stayed on late to help me out with an order that would have sat on my porch when I had to leave town. Alex went above and beyond for me as well. I've never visited any of their physical locations, but their online team is the best!
For those complaining about scent, I will say I had that happen with a bottle direct from Amouage, it was due to the heat in shipping. I let it "calm down" a day or two and it was fine.
That being said, would I like to have spray samples opposed to dabbers? Sure! If I'm getting 4-6 FREE per order should I knock off a star because it's not my preference? Absolutely not!
I find that their return policy is very generous! Twisted Lily? Unused, original packaging and cellophane intact only.
For those that had a bad Scent Bar experience in person, try online. Most Sephora and Ulta employees in my area are rude, snobby, and one made me cry because she was so nice when I was done up but when I came in after the gym just 3 days later (having already spent $250 the days before) she followed me around like a thief. She didn't recognize me. Online, usually, their CS is great!
A+ customer service
I recently ordered a bottle of perfume from Luckyscent. When it arrived I found it smelled nothing like the sample I had ordered. I contacted customer service who believed me without argument and immediately offered to contact the perfume maker to get me a replacement bottle. It turned out to be a manufacturing error on the part of the perfumer, and I really appreciated being given the benefit of the doubt and offered an immediate replacement. Replacement arrived promptly along with some extra samples for my inconvenience. Andrea was great to deal with. A+ customer service.

Fastest shipping I think I have ever seen. Wonderful selection of wild and weird fragrance samples. I personally prefer the smaller vials at a lower price as it allows me to get more variety for less, no issues with dilution as others have claimed. They even shipped me like 6 extra free samples that were some absolute bangers like PDM Carlisle and Ambre Magique. My first choice for buying full bottles, although there are some discounters with lower prices, I have had some serious issues with speed and customer service with those discounters that turned me away from them.
Nightmare experience
Nightmare experience. Have spent thousands here, was sent a damaged 200$ perfume they wouldn’t refund or replace. Others I ordered smell funky and inauthentic like many people stated. Never again, they don’t care about you or your orders. Horrible snobby experience in the NYC boutique as well. I’ll take my business elsewhere and make sure I tell all my family and friends to do the same.
Great selection of fragrances!
I've ordered from LuckyScent multiple times and have had great experiences! They carry so many niche frag houses and all are 100% authentic. Only downfall is their pricing is the normal retail pricing. If a discount fragrance site doesn't have what I'm looking for then at least 90% of the time LS will. They also give 5 free samples with every order = you just list the ones you want to try in the comment section box before submitting your order. Customer service was fast at responding as well! Highly recommend!
