I’ve used Ls personal shopper on a few occasions now for certain trainers/ boots that were difficult to get hold of, but these guys have sourced me my items immediately and they have arrived with two days of me ordering. I’ll never use anywhere else now! I can’t recommend this business enough! 10/10

Sent me “brand new diors” but actually had a few dirt marks on them. Ask for a partial refund. Was rude and didn’t even take into consideration that they sent out shoes with scuff marks on. Customer services is awful

Ordered some trainers on 25th of December, told me 2/5 working days I have still not got these, been given no tracking information every time I email customer service they just tell me 2/5 working days, I am getting nowhere! It’s been 13 days since I put my order in and still no updates or anything! Expensive order and nowhere to be seen!

Waited in for 3 days for DPD deliver after the 4th day recieved a message saying it was sent back for unknown reason awaiting outcome then will update not Ls fault as they sent in good time but maybe try a better delivery agency m
