Total scam. They take money then cancel orders claiming fraud!! despite someone already paying. Reported to Action Fraud. Scam of a site, corrupt and thieves. Reviews are all fake.

This relates to a single order that was flagged for a routine check prior to fulfilment, given it was a high-value international order — this is standard practice on our part and not an accusation against any individual. When we were unable to obtain the additional verification we'd requested, the order was cancelled as a precaution and the payment was not retained by us.
We have kept full correspondence relating to this matter, which we are happy to share, including with Trustpilot, to demonstrate the facts of what took place. Claims that we are a "scam," "corrupt," or that our reviews are "fake" are false and we're addressing this through the appropriate channels.
