TERRIBLE
No updates on shipment no where to know where it is or no one answers the phone will not order again if shipped with LSO.
They take FOREVER!!
They take FOREVER!!! Ground shipping they claim to take 1-3 business days but everything ever shipped via LSO literally takes 2 weeks to get to me! I don’t know why Nordstrom uses them, it said my package was expected delivery on 7/26 and on 7/26 it was shown as in my city but still has not been delivered…no tracking updates and I actually think USPS is better than LSO! I can’t believe I’m saying that….
Never delivered my package/no way to reach them
I paid extra for "overnight" shipping for clothes I bought online from Macy's. I live in a gated complex. My tracking info. says that they attempted to deliver on Monday and brought it back to their warehouse, attempted again on Wednesday and brought it back. Today is Friday. I provided my cell phone# and email address with the order, but no one has tried to contact me. If the problem is that they need the gate code, why would they come back a 2nd time without contacting me? The gate is still going to be there. They have no phone number and have not responded to the messages that I send through their website. Amazon/Fedex/UPS deliver to me all the time w/o a problem. I will never order anything that requires these fools to deliver it again.
LSO Has No Customer Service
LSO has no customer service. I tried contacting them about a missing shipment, but they do not respond to emails, and if you try calling them you get a message saying that they are, "Unable to answer calls". It's a joke! I don't know why Nordstrom uses them, but I will never buy anything from Nordstrom again if it's being shipped via LSO.
LSO company is literally horrible
LSO company is literally horrible. 7/25/23 they literally delivery me an empty box . Mf purse that I order from Nordstrom was not in there no receipt in the box or anything. I am livid. If Nordstrom continues to use them I will not order from their company online .

If I could leave zero stars I would. LSO always loses packages. It's to the point I no longer want to order online. Mostly every company is switching to LSO. As soon as I see the mail carrier is LSO I already know my package will be stolen/lost. It's so unfair.

I received a package in error
I received a package in error. I've tried to contact the company multiple time by phone, email, and text message. They never answer any of these communications. they have completely isolated themselves from all communication. Run, do not walk from this company.
Terrible Service
Terrible If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have the worst service, and they don't have any customer support. A package from San Antonio to Fredericksburg Texas has been in transit for over a week. So much for overnight delivery. It cost $40 and the package still isn't there. Important payments that need to be overnight bouncing between here and Dallas. Worst ever.

NORDSTROM.COM please don't use this service to deliver to customer, LSO show that they delivered to my house on 7/17/2023 at 8:13 pm, my daughter staying home all day but she didn't see any package delivered and I look at my ring and lorex camera I didn't see anyone or any truck delivery to my house. I live at dead end road my lorex camera see everything from my house to the stop sign. I thought maybe they delivered to my neighbor, but I didn't see any truck or car show up for delivery.

LSO unresponsive
I ordered a package through Nordstrom and had never heard of “LSO shipping” before. My package was scanned when it arrived in my city, but since have received no update and have not heard back from customer service after multiple attempts to contact them. LSO is a scam and companies need to stop using them for shipping.

I hate that did not read the reviews first but because I ordered from a business I was not expecting to be a victim of theft through LSO. My tracking has not been updated for days, there’s no way to contact them and my package is missing after 4 days of an estimated delivery date, finally it reads delivered and I don’t have my package. I contacted the company which this should not be a surprise to them as I have read many reviews stating that they are victims also from ordering from this company. I am going on vacation with the things I ordered which makes me very upset. It’s sad that these billion dollar companies go through these type of carriers after so many complaints of theft. The company has lost out on a customer, and LSO should be put out business, ITS RIDICULOUS l!
LSO either steals packages or delivers…
LSO either steals packages or delivers to the wrong address. For me, this is the 3rd package that was supposedly been delivered that I have not received. It’s not hard! My address is a giant apartment building with a front office that is open during business hours. If you can’t locate my apartment number, leave it at the office during business hours or in the mail room where we have secure package lockers. But, that would be if LSO was really trying to deliver. I think y’all are just stealing packages and you should be prosecuted.

I was ordering a package from an app and while I was ordering it told me about when my package would come. So I get a message when my package will come and what time. It was comeing around 1:15pm. Well that's what it told me now it's 3:10pm. You would probably understand if you had ordered from this so called delivery service. So all I realy want to say is where is my package!!!
