Unreliable and 0 customer service
Package from Ulta was supposed to be delivered on Sept. 8th. That time has come and gone. Delivery date has disappeared and has not moved from Fenton MO in the last five days. No customer service. Have put in two email requests and tried to call without luck. No luck with Ulta either. They just keep pushing the delivery date by another week.

Worst company in Shipping, and its laughable that Norstrom uses this company to ship. They have lost multiple packages, and it is telling that they disconnected all their customer service numbers. They also don't answer their contact me links.

I cringe every time a vendor uses this company to ship my order. I've never seen a worse logistics carrier. Based on their tracking tool, my package leaves from Dallas, TX en route to Olathe, KS (20 minutes from Kansas City). However, when it gets to Kansas City they often route the package back to Dallas. Once the package made it to the hub in Olathe, where I live....instead of delivering the package to my home...they sent back to Dallas. Who is running this company?

I received an email notifying me that…
I received an email notifying me that they could not deliver my order to my address. I submitted a form online and gave specific directions with a map (multiple times). I have received acknowledgment of my online responses and even though they stated someone would contact me it’s been crickets. The phone numbers listed online do not work. I am beginning to believe that there is theft of packages based on previous reviews and their inability to resolve delivery issues. This company needs to be investigated. I would recommend that customers request that they use another delivery service for future orders.
Never delivered, tracking was backdated to look like they did though......
Ordered something from Nordstrom Rack and it was shipped through LSO. It sat for a week at one of the local sorting sites, according to its tracking. Then all of a sudden said it was delivered. Which they backdated a day once I called Nordstrom to inquire about the packages whereabouts. It was never delivered. Just lost or stolen. All LSO companies phone numbers are out of service. You can look up up some of the upper management contact info in the internet. So maybe I'll try them. But seems like the company is on its last leg. Needs to go. If you are a company. Especially one as large as Nordstrom, I'd drop them as a shipping option. Not reliable.

If there was a way to not add stars to write a review I would have done that. I have been waiting for a package that has been in Houston since the 17th and I have yet to receive it. Unable to get a hold of anyone because the number works but you won't be able to speak to anyone. I have submitted requests and have had no response back. I have been trying to hunt this package down for the last week!

This LSO is truly a joke. I’ve ordered from Fashion Nova twice and for some reason they keep using this incompetent company as a delivery service. The first time I ordered my package never came and then it was updated as lost even I tracked it. This time my package was suppose to be delivered on August 20th. It’s now August 23rd and tracking still says it was scanned at a center in my city 3 days ago. Any company that is using LSO delivery will not receive my business because they are unreliable. Something needs to be done about this company because they keep getting away with this and you have to go through a lot to get your money back.

This company lets their drivers mark packages as delivered when they actually never deliver the package. And the nightmare of getting the shipper to believe you that the item was not delivered. But video evidence shows no one was at my residence, nor any delivery cars in the neighborhood during the supposed time of delivery. The government needs to shuts this fraud organization down.
Shut down this company ASAP
Can someone please shut down this company, it's insane how terrible their service is, they shouldn't even be allowed to operate. Companies need to stop using LSO as their shipping provider because every review left before me has proven their unwillingness to remediate the problem — absolutely unprofessional, fraudulent, and downright incompetent.
I saw someone's review about reporting them and I will 100% do that. I urge companies to STOP using them, it's a nightmare for everyone.

Has to be the worst company to deliver your packages, they lie and say they came to your residence when you’ve been waiting all da Lu for the package and they never came only to get email saying they will try again the next business day and they never show up on the next business day. You can’t call and speak to a customer service as it is an operator saying they not talking to nobody to go on LSO Tracking only to put the tracking number in and can’t track your package. They are the worst carrier to deliver packages in the world NORDSTROM need to get a different carrier and drop LSO.

The most horrible company ever. I ordered from Ulta and whoever was the delivery guy just threw it at my garage door and left. He was too damn lazy to go to the door. Luckily I saw that someone came to our driveway or else never would have seen package. It was out there someone could have just picked it up and took it. If I could I would give them 0.
I seem to always have a problem with…
I seem to always have a problem with LSO. They either fail to update their tracking, constantly change the delivery date, even if you paid for expedited shipping, or they straight up deliver your package to the wrong address, which is my latest issue. My saving grace was the driver taking a picture of my package at the wrong address, even though it shows delivered at the correct address. It’s terrifying knowing that their drivers failed to verify basic information or at the least use GPS. That’s incompetence for no reason, and now I have to wait for LSO to figure out what they’re gonna do next. I bet they save companies a ton of money as their delivery service, but terrible experiences over and over, will make a loyal customer jump ship.

Every time I am supposed to receive a package from Nordstrom or fabfitfun and LSO is the carrier, the same thing happens: it’s immediately marked return to sender without ever leaving their facility. I suspect they just don’t want to deliver to our house, which is in a more rural area. It happened twice just this week, 4 times in the past three months.

A total nightmare. Nothing is on time. The tracking shows my package sitting in Houston for multiple days. "overnight" is really an entire week. 0/10.

Negative zero would be an accurate rating for this company. They are absolutely the worst delivery service. I don’t understand why Nordstrom continues to use them. LSO lied about delivering my package, stating the building was closed. The concierge in my building is available until 10pm every day. You can’t call them , all you get is “unable to take your call” message. Oh and don’t try to email, you’ll get no response. There’s no update on the website to track your package. I don’t understand how they are still in business.
Worst Shipping Company
Anytime I order from Target and see that the shipping is through LSO, I know I'm screwed. This time the package took an entire extra week to be delivered. There was never up to date or accurate tracking detail. When it finally was delivered without notice, a random personal SUV with local plates pulled into my drive way, parked, and then the person delivering the packed took her sweet time getting it out of the back while talking on the phone and putting it in front of my door where I can't get to it without pushing it out of the way. This company is trash and should not be allowed to exist.

Was awaiting a package from fashion nova delivered. At 10pm I received a message stating package delivered. I went to my front door, looked around the front yard I saw nothing. Started puzzling because I thought my package was left at the wrong address. Thank God I decided to walk pass the drive way close to the street and the package was laying right there on the side walk next to my home. Anyone could have picked up the package and left with it because it was literally left on the sidewalk. I was so shocked, I said to myself USPS would never do such.. yup I was right it wasn’t USPS but this LSO trash delivery company I had never heard of. Like literally left over $100 worth of goods on the sidewalk. A delivery that was suppose to be made at your door front. Who are these people? For this reason I will never shop at fashion nova again🙄

Lone Star Overnight is AWFUL. They are the only delivery service that constantly and repeatedly fails to deliver our online orders. They LIE about delivery attempts because I work from home 8-5 and it is NOT difficult to get to our house. You simply pull into the driveway. No gate. No dog. Nothing. The only delivery service that EVER has issues is Lone Star Overnight. If you are a retailer, I strongly suggest you DO NOT contract with them. They will damage your brand and cause you to lose business.
