Wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne zu vergeben, würde ich es machen.
Meine Frage an Trustpilot ist nachträglich nur.
Warum wurde aus meiner Bewertung zu einer Hose bei Trustpilot, bei der Veröffentlichung bei Lozenda Fashion im Text ein "Schlauch" gemacht.
Wird hier von Lozenda schon wieder getrickst, respektive betrogen?
Würde mich bei denen nicht wundern - passt in deren betrügerische Konzept.

I am updating this review because Lozenda Fashion ultimately agreed to issue a full refund to my original payment method without requiring me to return the dress to China.

Throughout the entire process, the company made it clear that they wanted me to update my Trustpilot review as part of the resolution. Now that the refund has been completed, I am updating my review to accurately reflect the final outcome.

That said, it does not change my overall experience.

In my opinion, the dress I received did not match the product advertised on the website. The colour, finish and overall appearance were significantly different from the product photos. I even created a side-by-side comparison using the company's own product images and photos of the dress I received because I constantly felt that I had to prove I was telling the truth.

Instead of addressing the evidence I provided, the process turned into a lengthy negotiation.

First, I was offered store credit.

Then a 30% refund.

Then 50%.

Then 70%.

And only in the end did the company agree to issue a full refund.

At the same time, I was repeatedly asked to update my Trustpilot review before the refund would be processed.

The entire process was unnecessarily long and frustrating. It was common to wait more than 24 hours between replies, turning what should have been a straightforward customer service case into a prolonged back-and-forth over many days.

On top of that, my name was repeatedly misspelled, even after I corrected them several times. Many of the replies felt highly standardised and impersonal, leaving me with the impression that my specific concerns and the documentation I had provided were not being properly considered but instead answered with template responses.

I never agreed to return the dress to China. I placed my order with a webshop that presents itself as being based in the Netherlands, and I did not consider it reasonable that I should pay international shipping costs to return a product to China when, in my opinion, it did not match the product that had been advertised.

I acknowledge that Lozenda Fashion ultimately chose to issue a full refund. That is the only reason I am updating my review from 1 star to 2 stars.

That said, I will never shop with Lozenda Fashion again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others. If this complaint had been handled properly from the beginning, the entire matter could have been resolved with a single email instead of a long and unnecessarily frustrating process.

Very disappointing experience with Lozenda Fashion.

I ordered a dress that appeared on the website as a shiny metallic gold dress. The item I received looked completely different from the product photos and was of significantly lower quality than expected. (it was yellow like Pee)

The dress was also too small, so I contacted customer support. Instead of offering a refund, I was offered store credit plus an additional €10 in store credit on top and told that I could keep the item.

I explained in writing! that I was not interested in store credit and that the product I received did not match the item advertised on the website. I requested a refund to my original payment method.

Unfortunately, the communication has been slow and unhelpful.

My concerns regarding the differences between the advertised product and the item received have not been properly addressed.

Even my name was written incorrectly in the customer service correspondence despite being clearly visible in my emails.

At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Vorsicht! Die Qualität der Kleidung ist miserabel. Die Verarbeitung ist schlampig, als wäre alles mit den Füßen genäht worden. Die Stoffe sind grob und bestehen oft aus billiger Synthetik. Rückerstattungen werden nicht gewährt. Hier zu bestellen ist ein großer Fehler.

Ich bestelle eine kurze Hose und diese entsprach in keinster Weise dem Bild aus dem Internet. Als ich eine Rücksendung beantragt habe, wurde erstmal hin und her geschrieben und mir immer wieder ein Rabatt und Gutscheine angeboten. Nach der 5. Nachricht schickte man mir endlich die Adresse für die Rücksendung, die sich in China befand. Tolles Geschäftsmodell! Am Ende habe ich den 30% Rabatt angenommen, da die Paketkosten natürlich vom Käufer zu tragen sind. Das ist durchdachte Abzocke. Die Hose geht ans Rote Kreuz, so hat das ganze wenigstens noch was Gutes.

ACHTUNG: Im Impressum ist ein niederländisches Unternehmen angegeben, Retouren müssen aber nach China zurückgeschickt werden.
Die Größenangaben sind unzuverlässig, und die Qualität der Ware überzeugt nicht.
Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal einkaufen.

Lozenda Fashion ist unseriös!
Bei zugesagter Lieferzeit von 1-5 Tagen ist nach 20 Tagen immer noch nichts angekommen.
Unverständliche, vertröstende Email-Nachrichten - teilweise aus China mit chinesischer Telefonnummer des Spediteurs. Ich habe die Rückabwicklung betrieben.

Wie die Vorgänger bereits erwähnten billige Ware aus China, total überteuert, Rücksendungen auf eigene Kosten +20 €, lange Lieferzeit.
Besser Finger weg von dem Laden!!!

I give one start because is not possible to give less. I bought 2 pairs of shoes, paid 40€ for each of them but the quality was horrible. Devolution is almost impossible since you have to ship it to China and paid yourself for it I strongly recommend not to buy here.

4 Leinenhemden bestellt, 4 Hemden 100% Polyester erhalten. Meiner Ansicht nach Betrug, 100 % Leinenhemden bestellt!!! Rücksendung habe ich sofort nach Erhalt über Info e-mail angefordert. Auch Rückforderung des Geldes, mit Fristsetzung. Mal sehen was daraus wird.

Nochmal dringend von diesem Shop abzuraten Bestellung am 8.5.aufgegeben und auch gleich wurde die Rechnung abgebucht. Bis zum heutigen Tage noch nichts geliefert trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation und noch keine Rechnung zurück erhalten. Unseriöse Vorgehensweise dieses Shop fängt schon an mit falschen Versprechungen was die Lieferzeit betrifft genau so falschen Adresse vorliegen Vorsicht

Ware zwar gekommen aber nie eine Auftragsbestätigung usw.
Nix bestellen ist die Empfehlung!!

Achtung falsche Produktbeschreibung, china ware, und eindeutig Betrüger.
Rüxkversand und Rückerstattung nach China, immenser kosten Faktor.
Kundenservice Katastrophe und über ki generiert.

I've accepted the scam but please don't let them fool you.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you will keep it, because sending back the shitty product they're selling is too expensive, and they, as every cleverish seller, tend to hide refund terms and conditions ("We want you to be fully happy about our (shitty low quality, 0 design) products" meaning "We will try to scam you all the way").

This company is a scam... stay away from it!
I intended to buy one shoes but bought 2 same shoes as they make you buy the second one in a way it doesn't sound obvious... So, 2 minutes after the purchase I sent them an email and several emails in the coming days, I asked to cancel the second payment and refund me my money. They never replied to my emails, never cancelled the second payment therefore, no refund was made. The customer service is a shiite.... Additionally, the delivery took nearly 3 weeks which is the opposite of what it's advertised in their website (5 working days). They do not follow what they advertise in their website page.
They do not respect customers choices and decisions... I would not recommend this company to anyone....

Laut Impressum ist LOZENDA eine Firma von Holland. Ich wollte geprüfte Qualität aus Europa. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es 15 Tage gedauert. Eine Rückgabe scheint mir unmöglich, die Barfußschuhe sind optisch ok, doch die Schuhe sind zu locker. Durch die Fake Adresse habe ich leider fast 70 € verloren......klare Warnung nicht bei LOZENDA bestellen,

Lange Lieferueit aus China . Billige Artikel .

Tja. Reingefallen. Soweit ich das überblicke handelt es sich um ein Unternehmen, welches Produkte aus China bezieht, bzw. selbst ein chinesisches Unternehmen ist, auch wenn das Impressum besagt der Sitz ist in den Niederlanden.
Die Lieferung einer Hose dauerte über 3 Wochen.
Erst als man die Sendungsnachverfolgung erhielt, wusste man dass die Ware aus China kommt.
Die Qualität ist minderwertig. Das Material besteht zu 95% aus Polyester. Konnte man in der Beschreibung niergens herausfinden.
Ich kann nur jedem abraten da zu bestellen. Rücksendung würde wohl auf meine Kosten gehen, soweit im Kleingedruckten geschrieben.
