The item purchased was pre owned. It was a beautiful piece that was in a near perfect condition. The price I paid was within the price limits I had in mind. Reasonable prices for a job well done.

Lowe & Sons always delivers excellent service and a fantastic selection of antique jewellery, including pieces with Chester hallmarks. Over the years, they’ve maintained a high standard, and their shop truly stands out in Chester. On a recent visit, I purchased a beautiful silver necklace and was impressed once again by the friendly, professional service. It's great to see this gem of a store still thriving! Four stars.

Fantastic service
Saw the perfect gift for my mum in window and went in. The sales assistant was fantastic explained all about the piece and let me examine it thoroughly. I couldn’t have asked for better service and in the most extraordinary beautiful building.

Quality service and value!
Have known the Powell family for many years personally and as a customer my purchase from Lowes was a Christmas gift to my wife. As always the attention to detail from the staff was second to none, beautiful vintage piece that was sized in days and ready for a covert collection whilst my wife sat in their other shop a few doors down. Cannot recommend highly enough forget modern jewellers, for the very best in quality, value and service visit Lowes and Powells.

Great service
I have found Lowes to be very responsive and professional on their communications with me. They gave me confidence when the modifications were being made to a jewellery item I had purchased. They also assured me on the postage of the item and how it was being tracked during delivery.
