First time I have ordered from Noughty. I took up the offer of the curly style essential kit. I have received it today, however the microfibre hair towel was missing. I emailed them, and they replied straight away, apologised and a replacement is on its way to me already. Can not fault their customer service...Excellent. Looking forward to using all the products on my curly hair.

Love this brand for maintaining and improving the appearance of my natural waves. Their products are very good value for money.

Products are beautifully branded with clear instructions on the back.
The products have improved my hairs health and I have had people compliment how great my hair is looking. (And I can now embrace my waves FRIZZ FREE!!!)
Company is very reliable when it comes to any correspondence I have had with them.
Their delivery is super fast! Really impressed with it especially over the RM strike period.

I recently bought the Noughty Wave Hello curl defining creme, as I couldn't get my regular product. Terribly disappointed after spending £8.00. My hair did curl and bounce but was very dry and looked frizzy. No smooth shine at all 😔

I had an issue with one of the products purchased through Noughty. A button came off the hair towel I purchased as a gift for my Mum, upon emailing Noughty provided amazing customer service which has resolved the issue promptly and to a standard in which I am extremely satisfied with. I purchased the hair growth shampoo and conditioner. Waste of money, no difference to any off the shelf shampoo, will not purchase again. So don’t waste YOUR money!!!

I ordered the Get Set Grow a couple of days before going on holiday- given that I did not choose expedited shipping, I was worried that the product would not arrive before I left, but to my happy surprise, it did! Great service, saved me from having to dash to the shop ahead of my holiday! :)

I ordered the wrong product by mistake contacted them before the products had even been packaged and dispatched and they wouldn’t let me change them. I had to send them back at my own cost and then the refund they minused my postage so I paid about £8 to send them back. Had to chase my refund which took around 4 weeks. Awful customer service and they just don’t care about their customers. I won’t use your products again out of principle and they’re expensive and not much better than cheaper alternatives

Great. I waited for 3 separate orders before writing a review to see if it was consistent. Each one was delivered within a few days and the last one had a cute freebie! I keep reordering the Soother body moisturiser and the hair mask now. Plus the new anti frizz is lovely. Will keep returning!!!

I placed an order for three products but only received two, although paying for all three. I have contacted Noughty twice but had no response. The products are good but the service is extremely poor. I will not be buying from them again and recommend that you don't either.

Great experience with product - I buy the 1 hit wonder and have been consistently impressed with it, and appreciate the quality of ingredients. I see others have had issues with customer service but I haven't had need to deal with them so can't comment on that side of things.

Complete lack of customer service and communication.
I contacted them over a month ago to ask about an exchange or refund due to my dissatisfaction with a product I had bought directly from their website. I have not heard back from them at all despite sending further emails asking for updates. I will not be buying nor reccomending them solely on principle.

If you want a genuine small business who cares about their customer satisfaction- avoid this company.

I placed an order with them and never heard from them again.

I messaged them through their website and instagram page inquiring whether my order has been shipped and received no reply. I paid £19.99 shipping fees and I'm not supposed to be chasing after my tracking number which nobody is willing to provide it for me.

Thankfully, there's always the alternative to resolve this issue through PayPal with an "item not received" claim.

Zero customer service support, can't say it's a shame I'll never get to try their products cause I'm not ordering ever again from a website that doesn't give a damn about its customers.

I have had the 'wave hello' shampoo and conditioner and 'little saviour' microfibre hair turban of Noughty now and the whole shopping experience has been brilliant. Products always arrive punctual and without hassle, with, what seems to be, very sustainable and eco friendly packaging (minimum amounts of plastic), which is something that is extremely important to me. As for the products themselves, I have no complaints. All three are high quality and do their jobs and the shampoo and conditioner worked wonders on my 2c/3a curls! Definitely the best curl wash products that I've come across. Overall, I only have positive things to say about Noughty, 100% recommend.

I got my deliver quickly and it was really nicely packaged! I had no problems, and I had no need to contact support!
The shampoo and conditioner I got feels great, lets see how my hair does (after another few washes of course)

While the shopping experience is great... My hair was not. Felt like straw and was harsh, coarse and itchy against my skin. I will NOT being using the shampoo or conditioner again. Certainly not for all hair types (My stats; caucasian, with wavy brown hair prone to split ends)

Never had any problems with Noughty, standard delivery time and good products.

I'm a regular customer, great speedy service.

Zero customer service. Emailed them to amend an order straight after purchase, took them two days to reply by which time it had been dispatched to an incorrect address. Refused to do anything to help, I’ve raised a claim with my bank to recover my money. Shame their ethics only extend as far as the ingredients list.

I just received my first ever order yesterday and I was very impressed! Super value as the size of the products were very generous and all smell amazing!
Tried them straight away and loved the results too!
Also plenty of opportunities for discounts or earning free products through shopping with Noughty which makes me feel appreciated as a customer ☺
Defo will become a regular buyer😊

If you want to give you hair a bit of love then love Noughty. One of the better "free from" ranges out there and they do a great collection for us curlies who follow CGM. I like to switch up haircare but this company are always in the mix.
