Don’t waste your money on the flowers.
They are nothing like the ones shown on the advert. I bought some for my granddaughter and I’m upset at what arrived to her.

I ordered what was described as a beautiful cerise bouquet for my wife's birthday. When it arrived the bouquet was made up mainly of cheap looking white daisy type blooms with a few very pale pink roses which were already going brown. I could have bought better from a garage forecourt at a fraction of the cost. When I complained, I was offered a 20% refund. An insult!!

My one star review, is from the customer service I have received, as i ordered a pink sienna bouquet, only to be sent a photo from the receiver, showing me a random yellow lilly( in my pink bouquet). I did not order multi coloured flowers ! I am very particular on the colour of flowers, and would never order a pink bouquet with a random yellow Lilly. I was very suprised to receive a reply to say a senior florist could see anything wrong. I will not be using them again .

Wish i had read the reviews before ordering flowers from this company or Delightful Flora.
When you phone they don’t answer or return calls same when you email them you just get automated replies. One thing they are good at is taking your money.

I ordered flowers for Saturday delivery for a presentation at a show but never arrived until the following Tuesday. The event finished on the Sunday afternoon. I emailed them when they didn’t arrive to cancel the order but i might as well have banged my head against a wall. When they sent me a message saying that the flowers had been delivered they did so to an empty show ground.🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Poor service. Poor flowers. Tried to amend the order with no answer to emails or phone calls. Flowers were degraded missing petals and no water. No one to speak to about this so Iv taken to leave this review to warn other unsuspecting customers.

Order a beautiful bouquet & balloon for my friends 50th birthday to be delivered. Should have been pink and a mixture of other lovely colours.
What got delivered was nothing like what I had ordered it was just yellow and purple & white flowers no sign of any pink flowers.
I’ve emailed this florist to say how unhappy I am with what they have sent, and this is not what I ordered, the flowers are withered .
I could have gone to Tesco’s and bought a better bunch of flowers.
Very poor service.
I have sent pictures to them as they requested pictures. Still waiting for there reply.
Would not buy again.

I am complaining about dishonest procedure.
I have made the company aware that I will proceed as the dishonesty was not addressed.

When I ordered my money was processed, and I was given the date of delivery. However, I was informed of a clause which is not visible claiming flowers will not be delivered on weekends. So, the flowers I ordered for the 25th were delivered on 29th.

Instead of floraworld being honest and informing me that there would be no delivery on those dates, they took my money.

I rechecked on their order forms, and it is still allowing customers to order whilst knowing full well they will not be delivering on those dates.

This is an urgent appeal to stop corrupt procedure and the theft of business to other companies who will deliver weekends.

The flowers that arrives were withering, and not the ones I ordered. I ordered a large bunch and received a medium sized shabby display [with some missing].

I was offered refund of postage, I refused as that does not repair the damage of customers waiting on their deliveries. They may rush off now to amend their bad practice, but I screenshot the original as proof.

The company knows who I am as I have sent many emails and the contempt continues. I will inform every platform of this behaviour. I will never use their services again.

Interflora and other florists take note, so you will not lose customers to the weekday florist.

0 star if i could , have given so much time to respond and refund to delivering dead flowers 3 days late but refuse to do anything about it , they only respond on here to look like they are dong something, for the last time before i take this further respond to my emails

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's birthday. Delivered correctly on Saturday, significantly shrivelled by Tuesday. No method further to contact on the website to discuss either!

Stay well clear of lovelyfloraworld....Would not use this company again, they make promises they can't deliver, and when you finally get through to customer service they are frugal with the truth, and not very helpful or understanding!!
I ordered for Christmas and it was late on the day of order (22nd dec) but it still said next day delivery so at least I expected them to be delivered on the 24th. Nope, no tracking email and lines were shut. Rang up Wed she said they've been dispatched yesterday , and no orders would have been delivered before Christmas despite my confirmation email and the website promise. I said I have no tracking, she said royal mail will email you but they are definitely going to be delivered today, and then at the very end says but if not will be tomorrow. My guess is they weren't despatched. So I rang up today (Thurs) still no email or flowers.... she sent me the email with tracking...finally...so all that proved was they hadn't been sent as I thought , as royal mail were still waiting for them...angry wasn't the word so basically I said to her it's not next day delivery is it? She offered partial refund for delivery of £1.50 !! Joke...I stated that's not the point they're too late you didn't deliver on your advertised turn around. She said oh well royal mail are swamped..more excuses. With royal mails track record I won't hold my breath!! In a nutshell folks don't bother with this company, poor from start to finish but take your money quick enough!! I'm dreading the flowers so I've bought some more and I've told my mum to refuse them. Will get money back.

Please use another company, misleading website with promises they can't deliver, wish I'd known they use Royal Mail to deliver flowers..... guaranteed to be late and battered......

Wish i had read reviews before ordering. Mothers day flowers still haven't arrived I have called customer services 16 times now and emailed twice customer care is non existent the whole of my experience with this company has been appalling how are they still in business and how xan they take your money under force pretences

I wish I read the reviews before ordering! I ordered. 3 weeks before. I received an email confirming delivery but the flowers were never delivered! tried to ring and complain but you have to leave at message for call back. No one has contacted me. I've emailed but no response. I'm £30 out of pocket and I've had to order from another company and they will now be delivered by a different company. Nothing but stress!!

Terrible site even worse flowers People really need to avoid them They lie about delivery dates and charge premium rate delivery knowing it's in possible to cover the delivery times and dates that's dishonest... There Scum

Rubbish service. Ordered flowers for delivery on 16th March for my daughter's 21st birthday. Nothing received and when I checked the tracking today (17th) they haven't even reached the delivery depot yet. Sent an e-mail and received this response:
As we use Royal Mail as our carrier for shipping, we reserve an additional 1-2 working days for delivery as delays might occur.

I can imagine the flowers won't be up to much if they won't be received until next week. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering.

Eventually found a website that had dates for Valentine's Day. Now yes I probably left ordering a little late.

However I placed my order and the website clearly stated that delivery would be available on the 14th. Once the order was placed I received an email confirming delivery for the 14th..

Nothing arrived!!

Late on the 15th my flowers arrived, withered and with no water in the reservoir.

The point on the flowers were now lost and now pointless as the recepient was no longer with me.

Contacted company and after a couple of emails back and forth it was decided by them that there would be NO compensation given. Totally disgusted!

The website images look beautiful. What is delivered is a very different story. I ordered a 50% uplift on the standard bouquet, but what has been delivered doesn't even look like the standard bunch. Where florists are concerned, they are in a position of trust, as we rarely get to see what we have ordered, and never will somebody say "thank you for the measly gift you sent". so we trust them to deliver something nice, and on this occasion they didn't. Nor do they take ownership or responsibility for the misrepresentative images on their website. Won't use them again.

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday and it clearly said on my email it would be delivered on the 21/09/22 today is the 22/09/22 and they haven't been delivered yet!! I phoned them to find out what's going on and the person I spoke to was very rude , spoke over me , told me if I wasn't happy to return the flowers for a refund , even though my friend hasn't even received them yet!! Talk about insensitive and incompetent!! So they would like me to give my friend flowers for her birthday that are late , then take them off her to return to them for a refund!! Rude , unreasonable and incompetent service!!

I ordered a bunch of red roses for my partner’s Valentine’s Day gift for her but when they arrived a few of the roses were already starting to day, I am not very happy about this and I would like a full refund
