Strawberry dress in black

Ordered the strawberry dress in black. The pink was a little too feminine for my taste. Was considering ordering the designer one, but I didn’t want to spend $500+ on a dress I may or may not like. Plus, it only came in pink. I was pretty excited to see it in black on this website & for so cheap. It looked super similar to the designer version. Read all of the reviews for help with sizing. I ordered a large & an extra large, just in case.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it came in, especially from overseas & with COVID restrictions still going on. I ordered it on May 31st & it came in today (June 8th).

The dress looks pretty much the same as on the website. They’re pretty sheer, even with the lining, so I think I’d have to wear a slip underneath. The “girls” are pretty exposed, so I’d wear a low cut bra with it. The material isn’t super itchy. Up close, you can tell the dress is pretty cheap in quality. Plus the sleeves (both the large & extra large) are fairly tight. Oh yeah, I can’t tell a difference in sizing. They both fit pretty much the same.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase. I’d like to return the extra large, but I’ve read that it’s such a hassle to return anything from this website. If I have too much trouble with the return, hopefully I can find someone to give the other dress to.

Poor Order Fulfillment

Your service and order management is very poor. I do like the design of your clothing and after my first order that did not go according to the actual order I thought I would give you a second chance. The 2nd time was just as bad. My 2nd order was for 3 L sweatsuits and I received 3 XXL. Your customer service offered my an $8 credit when your website already offers more than that.

False advertising on the size chart

False advertising on the size chart. I ordered a swim suit as an XL as I’m larger on top. It came and was pretty much a small, medium at best. It was supposed to be a bit of a more show offy bathing suit, but this was ridiculous. Also still have not gotten replied to about a refund and how to send back, it’s been 2 days.

Poor quality!! Save your money

There is so much wrong with this seller! I purchased 4 items and all were wrong size despite using the chart. The quality is so poor you can see your underwear right through them. I’m sure after one wash they’d be destroyed. I contacted the seller and they would not send the correct size or refund my account even though they have a 30 day return policy. They had the audacity to offer a $5 gift card . I have never had such bad experience. Poor quality all around. I have a YouTube channel and TikTok with high traffic of followers and will be reviewing the clothing so no one else get taken advantage of. Shame on you LOVELYERICA

Not good

The track suit was completely different to the photo and does not seem to exist in the catalog another disappointment obvously from China!

Quality of the outfits was better than…

Quality of the outfits was better than expected. Size was pretty close, had to make a couple of small alterations. Shipping time was okay. Arrived in the shipping window that was sated when ordered. Will order more products.

No returns policy

We received the dress we ordered after a couple of weeks but the colour was more orange than copper and the dress didn’t fit my daughter very well. We contacted the customer for a refund - no policy displayed , just to contact them if there was a problem. After sending photos of the unworn pristine item and the packaging we were told that it would be too costly to return so to reconsider wearing the dress or giving it to a friend. An $8 gift voucher was offered (dress was £20. This practice should not be allowed. A returns policy is always required for online sales. A costly mistake for us which we will not repeat.

Thin fabric and a pants tent

They are fairly cute but have a bit of a weird/loose crotch and are a lot thinner fabric then I expected, not real corduroy. Probably my fault since I am an aerialist but I also ripped a hole in the crotch after only a few times on my aerial silk.
Good thing I know how to sew.

Ítem didn’t fit

Ítem didn’t fit, it wasn’t even close. Asked for a return, and they said it would be too costly to return... that it’s a nice item and my best option it to find a friend that it fits... will never order from here again.

Nice jeans but with defects.

I bought a pair of patchwork jeans for my daughter. The site was easy to use and the jeans looked nice. Delivery took a bit longer than I was expecting but the jeans arrived ok.
They are nice. Only 3 stars as the horizontal seams on the patches of the jeans on one leg do not meet up. They are out of line, showing quality control is not what it should be.

Slow shipping, rude customer service. No help whatsoever.

First, it took this company a week to ship the items ordered. On day 4, I emailed requesting a tracking number. Was told to wait. On day five I requested a refund. Was told to wait. I am now in a fight with them to get a refund as the product will not reach me in time and is apparently stuck in customs somewhere. Oh yea, this is from overseas.

Very bad customer service! Be careful!

Wanted to send back the bought trouser but they try everything to make it uncomfortable for you (no return labels, no adress to send back etc) and ask you to keep the product and that it will take a very long time to refund it. And that you will not get back the whole money. Never had such a bad shopping experience before with any other shop!!!
