Okay, so after talking with customer service - for sure 5 stars. They are extremely helpful and understanding. I hadn’t received my package (that states it was shipped Jan 3rd) and they did reassure me that it’s on the way. They went out of their way to call me regarding my issues and actually made me feel way more comfortable in ordering from them in the future. A++ for customer service and will for sure be ordering again soon!

I'm typically pretty skeptical of online ordering. When I first ordered, I was worried about not getting a shipment email. I messaged the loveloren contact and they got right back to me. My package arrived within 4 days of ordering (and during christmas season) and the material and fit are both QUALITY! They often have online deals going on and overall it was a better experience than I've had elsewhere :) if you want a cute bralette, this is the place to go

I have purchased 5 products from Love Loren now and I have been nothing but impressed! The quality of the products is great and they fit me true to the measurements on the website. The styles are cute and very affordable, which is really nice since undergarments (which are all I have purchased so far) can be so expensive.
Also, I recently had a wonderful experience with their customer service. I was shopping their Black Friday sale and forgot to enter the promo code to receive the discount. Within a day, a Love Loren associate had responded to me and happily adjusted the price I was charged. Amazing! I would highly recommend this company and their products!

This is such an amazing company with great quality items and amazing customer service. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order and emailed them and they changed it immediately and eliminated all of the issues that would have come from that. I can not say enough good things about their customer service!

I am absolutely in love with this company! Not only are the products amazing! But the customer service is terrific! At First I was a little nervous because they didn’t have a phone number but there emailing service is top notch! I had to return a dress because it was too small and they made it so so easy! I ended up getting another color and a bigger size and It was incredibly easy and basically effortless! I would 100% recommend this company to everyone I meet! I ordered $80+ worth of their bras and i have received them a couple days ago. I love their bralettes but I wasn’t satisfied with the order and she contacted me, called me to be specific, and i was pleasantly surprised that she did that instead of emailing. We came to a solution and i am leaving a 5 star review.
The BEST customer service i have ever experienced from an online shop. I would definitely recommend this shop.
The size does run a little small so i would recommend to order a size up, or contact her for special request.
Their bralettes are one of a kind and really beautiful.

I made my first order this week and I am amazed by the customer service of Love Loren! I recently was unhappy with my purchase, but she personally reached out to me to make it right and went out of her way to switch my item! I cannot wait to receive my first order!

I ordered already the second time from Loveloren. The bras are lovely and the customer service responded immediataly to my request concerning an issue I had with the first delivery with the customs and this time everything worked out without any problem. Concerning the sizes you have to take care, since they can vary from one to the other bra. I chose the size based on the picture, where they normally mention the size the model wears. Al my ordered bras fitted so far even though I ordered some in S and others in M size. I can really recommend them and also the quality is good.

Ordered to Norway, got exactly what i ordered, which i looove... Shipping did take about 2 weeks but thats okay for me. Will be ordering more for shore

I ordered 2-day shipping for an event I had coming up and my order arrived nearly 2 weeks later. When I checked the tracking number, the order hadn't even arrived at a USPS facility. Since the items didn't arrive in time, I no longer needed them and decided to return. There is no return system on the website, forcing you to alert them via email, which they don't respond to. This is essentially a scam.

It’s hard to find good customer service and a company you actually want to spend your hard earned money with. I had a very good experience with Love Loren. When checking out i was typing too fast, I accidentally input the incorrect address in for shipping. I was freaking out! I immediately contacted customer service via email that night and got a response in the morning. Right away they fixed the address no problem no question! My shirt came exactly how it looked on the website. I am i love! It’s super cute and fits amazing! My overall experience was seamless; will order again💛

after seeing my review the company has since cancelled my order.

This company is so unprofessional. I emailed before an item was shipped to say I no longer wanted the product and to cancel it as I had made a mistake and was this possible? They replied with 'I am sorry but no'. So rude. So now I have a product I don't want being shipped and to return costs so much money. Beyond unhappy.

I was beyond pleased with my order! I received the bras and panties today and they are stunning! Just as beautiful as expressed online.
