Products when they finally arrive are absolutely nothing like they appear in their website
Terrible quality and returns and refunds are non existent although states otherwise on the website

Reluctantly a one star only to write a review. Ordered a size small U.k. 2.5. Waited a week or so & when the shoes arrived they were a size U.K. 5…. Huge difference from the size ordered. Contact them they said that I could keep the shoes & offered me a 15% refund… contacted again & said theses shoes were no good for me they were the completely unwearable I asked them if I could return them again as they were complaining about the high costs of returns then offered me 25% refund & keep the shoes that will never be worn. I asked them to forward me an address I could return them too& decided for myself to return them . They said they sent me a email telling me that they never had this size & the size started at CN 36-43 I never seen this email until recently or I would have cancelled the order but they went ahead & sent the 36 the wrong size anyway. They have now not responded to my email request of returning them so this is still on going. Please people avoid this company.I would advise anyone looking into this company to avoid it as they are scammers, they don’t care about what they send you, they don’t care if it’s wrong theses untrustworthy people just want your money… AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. I ordered from the UK. It took a bit longer for the parcel to arrive but that was to be expected. The shoes weren't great quality and they were big. I asked to return and was told that I either get to keep the shoes and get a 15% refund or get a replacement pair. At first I said I wanted a replacement pair ( then I was told I can keep the original pair and pay for postage for the new pair) but looking into it I realised the sizing was off in the first place. I ordered a UK size 7 and I received a size 42 which corresponds to size 8 on their website. So getting a new pair in the right size was risky. So long story short it was their fault in the first place they sent the wrong size. According to their policy "Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: return shipping is free". Nevertheless, they said I need to pay for return or get a parcial refund and only offered a goodwill 25% refund which I accepted in the end after all the back and forth. Suffice to say I would never buy again and do not recommend.

The plastic clogs supplied look nothing like leather and suede ones shown in the advertisement. The sole is rigid plastic and the uppers thin plastic. They would soon fall to pieces if worn for walking.
I emailed to say I wished to return them for refund.
Customer services offered me 15% refund if I keep the clogs because the customer must pay a high price to return them to a foreign address. Then said I had accepted 25% refund.
I am waiting for a response to my email repeating the desire for a full refund because they are not as advertised and unserviceable as footwear.

A total shambles. DO NOT purchase anything from this company - it is a scam! Delivery advice notified 2 days AFTER actual delivery, no delivery/advice note. The wrong size was sent and didn’t correspond to any sizing charts I accessed on line (I tried several), the shoes were shoddy having an unfinished seam on the outside of the sole (both shoes) and 7 emails later I still have no resolution from Customer Service. Also, the phone number listed is no longer in service. Ordered for my 89year old mum who, I think, has lost her money! ABYSMAL! CAVEAT EMPTOR

The shoes I ordered were advertised as "walking Shoes" ideal for plantar fasciitis. They are flimsy, very poor quality with no support. If I wore these I would be hobbling. I requested a refund, have sent several emails, no response except to try and sell me more shoes. So the promise of refund if the shoes are not suitable is untrue. I would not recommend this company, they are rude and untruthful and uncaring.

Long delays and poor packaging. I ordered a pair of sandals in 29/5/26 with expected delivery in 1-3 days .
I chased for an ETA several times and asked where they were coming from without receiving an answer. Then eventually I received them yesterday (22/6/26) in a plastic bag. They’re very small for a size 6 - it’s not a true size so I need to send them back for a refund but I suspect they’ve come from China so that’s not going to be straightforward

Their website is showing lovely items but you receiving a crap cheep items.

Further to previous post a d having read other posts, I believe this is a classic Chinese import con. They advertise high quality products at very affordable prices then either do not supply the goods suggesting they were lost in transit or the like, or they send inferior, cheap and nasty replicas which they then say is too expensive to return and offer 15% refund. Imagine how much money they are make if the retain 85% of all dissatisfied customers money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I place an order 4 weeks ago & still not received them.
I have emailed with no reply & phoned the number but gets cut off.

Took weeks to arrive. They did reply quickly assuring me of “minor delay” but I suspect were not truthful in what they said. Also the size definitely isn’t right. Not marked on sandals but very small. Extremely disappointed and won’t use again

Having failed to provide the 50% partial refund they promised (itself a minimalistic response) they have had the cheek now to offer only a 15% refund - on condition that I remove or amend my negative review!! Appalling!

I would put 0 stars if I could, do not bother buying with this company, I have been waiting a month for a pair of shoes at 1st they replied to me now they just ignore my emails , now I want a refund but they wont correspond with me, ehat do u do??

Took ages to arrive. Chased them up and then hey ho they arrived. Nice sandals but not worth the money. Cheap Chinese shit.

Had to chase the delivery a number of times and was consistently (if politely) lied to. Was literally cancelling the order when they arrived. Product - men's sandals - couldn't have been more tacky if they'd tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I'm giving the sandals to charity...

Waited over a week, no delivery. Emailed, Their reply was
they were sorry for my concern and would find out what was wrong. Arrived a week later, so tightly wrapped (no box) that they were crushed and permanenly creased. I ordered dark brown, as per their advert and confirmation of order. They were greyish.

This is a completely scam. I bought it on the 25 of May, they arrived 15 of June, they do reply on customer service saying they have had a delay but when they arrived they are poor quality. They seem to be taken from SHEIN or Chinese shop.
I contacted the customer service and they say I have to pay delivery if I want a refund and is abroad so would be very expensive. They are willing to give me 15% which is around £4. I do not recommend this online store. They also arrived in a bag, no shoe box either

I was certain this was a scam.
I placed an order in May and received no tracking info. I was then told there was a delay because the order had been lost, that the order would be replaced and new tracking info sent. I've chased and...nothing.

After posting this review, my purchase was delivered yesterday (16June). I was sent a delivery notification the day before from Evri but there was no update from Loren Amor so I had no idea who the package was from.

Their customer service did not respond to my last request for information. I therefore concluded that my money had been stolen, hence the review. Their customer service contacted me today because they had seen this review. They asked me to consider removing it or updating it before they can 'assist me further'. I've updated it!

I really like my sandals but I will not be buying from this company again.

Order placed 12/5. Eventually received on 28/5 after excuse made for Royal Mail pickup (I didn't know they operated in China!). Unfortunately the goods supplied were the wrong size. Loren Amor then refused to honour their responsibilities for a full refund or replacement under either there own returns policy or UK Consumer rights legislation. Eventually obtained successful refund after pursuing chargeback with my payment provider.

Ordered some sandals in the UK 13th May, still not received 12th June. Customer Service (Emily) did reply to my numerous emails, but each time reassured me that my delivery was on its way, or that they were monitoring it, or had sent a replacement. They haven't refunded me, which I have requested a few times now, so have used charge back through my bank and have been reimbursed. Not going to use this company again.
