Started Great, but now not very good - Look at all Options
We joined Loveelectric over 5 years ago, and the service was excellent. Since then, it has gone downhill rapidly, not a cheap as you may think and now not an enjoyable experience. The Benefit in Kind tax was not really explained, and is now a major additional cost that may not be easily seen in your pay packet.
My recommendation would be to look at all lease options, including those that are not salary sacrafice as they can be cheaper than Loveelectric.
Safe to say, I wont be using Loveelectric again.

Before an order is placed, we set out the payment schedule for the entirety of the lease. The Benefit in Kind tax is currently locked in until 2029/30 (4% for 2026/27, 5% for 2027/28 and 7% for 2028/29), which is reflected in this schedule.
We’re confident that salary sacrifice still remains the most affordable all-in-one package for EVs.

I don't have anything negative to say! This is my second lease from loveelectric and on both occasions the process has been smooth and easy to follow.
From the ease of choosing and booking your vehicle, through to the transition from one vehicle to the other, I was well informed via emails, sms messages and telephone calls to keep me updated all the way.
Special mentions to Jessica, Chanel and Jack (and others), all who answered my questions and advised on the next steps.

Great service and car
From the start of the process the LoveElectric team have been very attentive, explaining how things work, options and next steps. I got a great car for a good price through the salary sacrifice which once paperwork was all finalised was delivered really quickly and in excellent condition.
