I ordered 2 items. 1 of the items was wrong (I ordered a lightbrown belt but they sent me a darkbrown belt instead). I returned the belt, which was pretty expensive as the Company suggests that items are returned with a tracking-number. - I did receive the right belt a week later or so, but they didnt cover my returningcosts, they havent even answered my complain, which I've sent twice.

That is the worst thing a company can do to their customers: ignore them!

They didnt even offer me a discountcode, which I know other companies do.
I will now return to ASOS-shopping and other sites that I know I can correspond with in case of problems. And I will forget everything about shopping at loveclothing again.

I love this website as the clothes they offer are beautiful and are at an affordable price! My wardrobe could use a makeover and if I had the chance loveclothing.com would be the first place I'd go!

Love clothing is an amazing place to shop as you get to put some fab clothes to choose from as they always get different clothes in... They shipping is amazing gets to you within a couple of days and when it comes it packed cute and has everything you ask for from a company of clothing, I will be using love clothing in the furture as I love their clothes and the amazing quality you get from them

I love loveclothing, they have different designs of clothing, so its easy to pick and choose, their sizing guide was also perfect! I would
love to buy from there again, cant wait to see the new clothing they have! Even their sale is so good, most retail clothing shops have their worst clothes or least bought clothes in their sale department but love clothing have really good quality clothes in their sale, some even dropping down from £40 to just £5! Definite bargain!!!

I have only ordered off this website once and quite recently. The item I bought was a skater skirt, I also have my reservations with buying skirts as I am very tall so the material may not be long enough. But I am completely in love with the product as it looks perfect and I can trust the quality. I would 100% order off this site again and do intend to. So as you can probably tell I would definitely recommend this site to anyone and everyone.

Loveclothing is the most perfect website EVER! The clothes are so up to date and are of amazing quality. The delivery is really fast and I got some sweets with my order! Really excellent customer service and couldn't fault this site at all. I would highly recommend to anybody who asked.

The clothes are so nice, so my style, all the models as so beautiful, and they all rock the clothes, I would buy all the clothes if I could, I love the shirts and coats so my style and my favourite website by far!

So I randomly heard about loveclothing.com via someone tweeting about their sale on twitter so as the shopping addict I am I had to have a look! I honestly couldn't believe some of the discounts they had with the sale my basket was instantly filled with bargain after bargain of beautiful clothes! I migrated over to the regular site and found even more items that I just couldn't refuse. So I submitted my order and with just regular delivery it arrived within 3 days! I was shocked with how fast the service was and all the items were packaged and labelled perfectly. My favourite item was a t-shirt dress patterned with peacock feathers, it's going to be a regular look for me this Summer! Overall I would definitely recommend the site: it's affordable; has super fast service and of course it has great clothing!

I ordered a dress from love clothing a few months ago, it fit me perfectly and I adore it, it arrived on time and as a bonus my package even came with a packet of love heart sweets- very cute.

I brought some leggings and a jacket from here and loved them exactly what i wanted, however i brought a top with skull hand on and skull hand was massivly printed on the tshirt and wasn't that big on the picture, i also ordered black jeans from her which cost me £30.00 and they fit very weirdly fit my bum but waist band was way to loose and flicked out at the back, i was going to send them back but the time frame wasn't very long so i couldn't return them getting a refund so i am stuck with some brand new £30.00 jeans never been wore! Apart from that delivery was very good

This shop call love clothing is amazing they have the latest and many nice collects yo choose from plus they are not super expensive! You should really check them out half of my wardrobe are clothes from there.

Ordered two jumpers for my niece for Christmas. Neither were suitable as the quality wasn't good and she wasn't happy with them. I tried to return them as soon as I could after the Christmas period (the second week of January) but they were sent back to me as I had gone over the ridiculously short returns period by 2 days.
Every other store I ordered from had slightly extended return periods for Christmas, for obvious reasons, but not Love Clothing.
Customer Services were appalling - didn't answer emails or when they did, they were curt and didn't respond to what I had asked.
In short, I will never, ever buy from Love Clothing again and will be telling anyone who asks me not to bother.

My clothes were a perfect size and all how I expected and thanks to Lottie I was able to use discount codes yo get discount on my purchases. Thank you, I will definitely be shopping with loveclothing.com again and would kindly like a discount code for my next purchase as I am saving up for a pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes.

Got next day delivery as promised and packaging was great. Got shoes I wanted at a good price.

It has alot of girls stuff on there but guys stuff is great too!

I order a few items from LoveClothing last month and having had a negative experience with online clothes shopping, I was very impressed to find that the quality of their items were true to the site. I am very happy with my purchases and I have bookmarked the site for many more purchases in the future, no doubt. My items arrived within 3 days and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend LoveClothing to a friend and I have done so!

Products are cheap looking and of poor quality. Customer service is a joke. I waited 6 weeks (and numerous calls and emails) for them to process my refund...then products were returned to ME as love clothing hasn't bothered to pay for their own postage contract....
Ugh.... Too much hassle for things you can get from Booho.com, Missguided, Topshop and even Primark. Save yourself the hassle.
