Superb Attention to detail and care. High quality product. Shipping was quick. Pricey but worth it, in my opinion. Would save a little by dropping by on a trip to Paris. But i had no plans to go and the virtual meeting worked well.

I'm really impressed with the quality of these products and the attentive customer experience. I was being a bit difficult as I ordered the wrong colours, but the team were very understanding and accomnodating.

I recently got back into journaling/scrapbooking and the moment I came across Louise Carmen I knew I needed her in my life. I wish I could say I went in person to get my Roadbook but was able to do the next best thing- a video appointment. I had a lovely experience. Getting that one on one attention when putting together something so special is invaluable. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience!

Fast shipping. Beautiful and secure packaging. The noyebook's leather is gorgeous and smells wonderful. No imperfections. The color is exactly as picture. I bought Ernst (S) size with safran color. Excellent quality.

I got the roadbook and a portfolio! I was super happy with the shopping experience and the options that were shown on the website. I will definitely purchase again and probably with a video appointment. I did have a problem with UPS because the delivery was delayed but that’s a common UPS problem in my region! I would love if there was the option for delivery with DHL because that’s what works the best in my region and many other places I’ve already been to. I am truly obsessed with it and i cannot put the pen away and stop writing! 10/10 do recommend.

I received the loviest magnum journal and portfolio in time for the holidays. I couldn’t be happier. Now to resist using it until after Christmas. Items very beautifully packaged and shipping was super fast. I had thought shipping would take a while since I am in the US but my order was received in days. Craftsmanship is impeccable.

I purchased Louise Carmen Honore in prune/plum.
Shipping time from day I placed order untill parcel arrived was 12 days in total, 8 business days. Shipping was within Europe, but outhside of EU.
Something I really love about Louis Carmen Honore are its proportions, size and how stiching on the back, because of big back pocket, affects shape of Honore model. Leather is pleasant to touch, it smells nice. Color prune is beautiful and I'd say color in person is pretty close to pictures on LC website. Engraving is lovely, I love font Louise Carmen uses. I'm also pleased with notebooks that are included.
The only downside is price and how fees adds up based on high price of the product.
Overal, I'm happy with my purchase and I would buy again from this brand.
