I ordered the Road Book for my daughter for Christmas before I had a depth of understanding of all the things you can choose for personalizing your notebook! My daughter had to order another so she could get all she wanted. The notebook I ordered got lost by UPS, quickly Louise Carmen refunded me! The Road Book my daughter ordered came very quickly and was absolutely beautiful. So impressed with quality and ornate trinkets she chose. I know she will enjoy it for years to come!

I purchased my journal online and it came beautifully packaged with so much care. The journal itself is top quality leather and smells incredible. The notebook paper is thick and soft, making the perfect platform for smooth writing. The charms are a very personal and beautiful final touch. This was such a beautiful experience. I can’t wait to come to the store one day and design a journal in person.
