Lothian Glass Recenzje

We had PVC windows installed by Lothian Glass this week. We found them to be really reliable and efficient. We agreed the installation date 2 months in advance and they stuck to that date. We were advised it would take 3 days and the job was completed on time. The workers Brendan & Josh turned up promptly each morning and were diligent and approachable. They worked away with no hassle and meticulously cleaned up after themselves each day.

We found the whole process to be a very professional service from start to finish: from Mark coming out to give us a estimate, the showroom staff patiently dealing with our queries and the workers finally completing the job. Even the the billing and email communication was efficent. Couldn't fault them and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Replacement of a patio door and window for us in our 2nd floor flat. Cameron and David were polite and courteous They were on time, worked efficiently and tidied up thoroughly after. Very impressed and won't hesitate to use Lothian Glass in the future. Thanks

Five star to Lothian glass I have had window glass replaced and new door..Very pleasant customer service.happy with result...

Brendan and Josh were friendly and efficient and I was pleased with both their workmanship and the quality of the windows they fitted. The whole process of dealing with Lothian Glass from the initial measuring up to the installation was stress free. I highly recommend Lothian Glass for both their service and quality of product.

Unfortunately, I noticed today a bedroom window had been hit by a stone leaving a large crack and hole. I was worried about the hassle to get it fixed and the cost of the repair. But there was no need!
From phoning Lothian Glass to get a quote for fixing it, to Brendan arriving to measure up, and then he returned to fit the new unit - it took under 75 mins. Great service from start to finish and I can sleep better knowing it's fixed. Brendan cleaned up well too. The cost was reasonable too.

Had Bruce out today to replace the lock in our window. He was very helpful and pleasant. He explained what had gone wrong. He replaced the lock and double checked that it was all ok before leaving.

As a loyal longstanding customer of Lothian Glass I wish to thank them for their excellent after sales. They are always there to advise/assist. First port of call for us always. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Had new windows and a new front door installed recently by Lothian Glass. Very straightforward process, with a quick response to my initial query followed by discussion of requirements and measuring up prior to a quote. No sales pressure. Lothian Glass ask for a reasonable 15% deposit, with the balance paid following completion.

Work commenced promptly on the date agreed, with Brendan and Josh working hard to complete the work to a high standard. Very helpful and reliable guys, who discussed exactly what was needed as work progressed. Windows and door look good, waste was removed and the work area left clean. Excellent, competent work at a fair price. Would use Lothian Glass again and recommend them.

Brendan and Josh made short work of our bathroom window replacement. They left everything neat and tidy. We’d definitely use them again.

Our initial contact with Elliot at Lothian Glass for new windows and doors to the installation by Dave and Steve was all done in a professional manner.
We were informed of the work schedule and it was done to a great standard by the team.
The guys were very mindful of our property, making sure all furniture and carpets were protected from possible damage.
All in all a great experience and we would highly recommend Lothian Glass to anyone that requires improvements to their property, done by a very professional team.

Everything from the initial consultation to the fine detail of the final specification was carefully covered by the team. Work schedule was layed out and all work went ahead as planned. Work standard was exceptional and couldn’t fault anything. Can’t rate the team highly enough. Exceptional!

I have dealt with this company for many years and they have supplied windows to both of my houses and for my colleague at work, has two houses. We had one double glazing panel, which was not supplied by them, it had blown and was frosting inside. The process of ordering, manufacturing and replacing was so easy and the price was good. Brendan appeared at the house, prompt, professional, with a good personality. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family who are looking to replace windows doors. thank you guys again. I look forward to dealing with you personally, in the future.

All the guys (Ben,Cameron and Mark) very helpful, prompt and efficient. Thank you all!

Was directed to Lothian Glass from the Rockdoor website. The whole process from ordering through to installation of new front door was very straightforward and hassle free. When it came to installation Brendan and Josh arrived promptly, were courteous and very tidy. Would highly recommend.

New Rockdoor fitted by Ben & Stevie, very impressed with all aspects of the job. I’d highly recommend Lothian Glass.

New front door fitted by Brendan & Josh from Lothian Glass. Very friendly and efficient, let me get on with my day.
Highly recommend this company.

Davie and Cammie made a first class job of installing hinged secondary glazing panels, one for each window, allowing easy access to the outer windows. Now we cannot hear noise from the road adjacent to the house, and have a calm and peaceful sittingroom and kitchen. Thank you Lothian Glass for your thoughtful advice and great workmen!
