Placed an order and nearly 3 weeks later still not received. Emailed and got a quick response saying they made a mistake. Sent a follow up email and was told it was delivered. It was not delivered. Claimed to be left at my front door which was not authorised.

Since saying I have not received it have sent 4 emails with no reply from the company. Clearly just ignoring me.

Terrible service from start to finish, these things happen and if lost land just replied and resolved this it would have been fine, but instead they ignored me.

DO NOT RECCOMEND!! Terrible service, slow delivery and bad customer service.

Placed an order on 11th October for Christmas wreath making stuff, payment was taken via Apple pay for £70.21.
No email confirmation of order and no contact and no order received since??
I have emailed a few times, tried phoning (no answer) and left messages on FB messenger all with no response?
Now over £70 down with no wreaths and no customer contact

I ordered an item in good faith

I wrote 2 emails asking for an update on how my order was progressing
I did not receive a reply to my emails
I was told that the retailer cancelled my order.
They offered to refund my payment. Which they did

I recently gave a rave review about the owl bird bath. Unfortunately I made an error with the stars. It should be 5☆ the product, delivery, service and experience were all fantastic. Great site deserves 5☆

I ordered 3 vases on 7 September but (live several others, it seems) haven't received them a month later. No response to voicemails or emails. LostLand, if you are reading this please either advise that delivery is imminent and confirm when or refund me immediately.

Sadly I have had a similar experience to others on this site. I ordered a planter in August on the basis they said it was in stock (I couldn't find it in stock elsewhere). Two months later I have had no communication (despite email and phone call, both unanswered) and no planter. Really disappointed. I would like a refund. Lost Land if you're reading this please refund me before I have to take further action. POSTSCRIPT: LostLand have asked me to revise my review, so I'll say what happened next. I was contacted and told that my payment hadn't passed fraud checks so the order wasn't processed. Nevertheless, 2 months on, they did actually still have my payment, which was refunded after I wrote my review here.

I feel bad writing this because I did receive my order but the stress of chasing it was not enjoyable. I made the mistake of coming online and reading terrible reviews which made me panic.
I bought gold pots for my wedding, the money was taken immediately and delivery took so much longer than it ever should have.
Customer care did respond but I had to badger.

Ordered items on 31 August. Still waiting for delivery 22 September. Have emailed to find out status and now wanting to cancel but no response. No response to Chat request on website either. No answer on phone number. Have left a voicemail but will be surprised if I get a call back.

I’M VERY UNHAPPY - I’ve had nil communication, no service, no goods. Very poor company, I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago for goods which were in stock, according to their website. I received a confirmation email but nothing since. As others have said, the phone number goes straight to ansaphone and I have had no acknowledgement or response to any of my follow up emails. So I will have to go through the hassle of claiming my money back via the bank, as well as being without the goods which I took ages to choose.
WARNING - Avoid this company...it's either a total scam or completely inefficient...the result is the same for us - the customer!
Half an hour after writing this review, I received an email to say that my order had been refunded, which came through to my bank the next day - thanks for that - I’m glad that I didn’t have to pursue the matter any further, but disappointed I didn’t get my item. What is the point of having a phone number and email address if neither get answered?
I have therefore changed my review from 1 star to 3 star

Placed order for 4 round table tops on 5th September. The website said in stock with delivery 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I have had no confirmation of dispatch. All of my emails and webchat messages have been ignored. The phone number always goes straight to voicemail. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews on here before using the website otherwise I would have steered clear. 0/10 for customer service, I am nearly £500 out of pocket with no idea if or when I will receive my items. Not happy.

Atrocious, 3 months later a dozen emails and voicemails left. Stoll no delivery of my £130 order!

Very good deal on the vases. After purchase I seen reviews saying do not order they do not deliver but 5 days after order they arrived. No problems what so ever. Vases excellent quality really thick glass.
