Placed an order on the 2nd December. Many calls with messages left, emails sent, but no response whatsoever. I am appalled at the service of this company.
I want my money back NOW!!

5th february - still no goods or refund!! Appalling

Amazing! I ordered several items including flowers and some home interiors for my new home. I am very happy with the speed that these were delivered and the quality of the products.

Placed an order at the beginning of November I’m yet to receive anything and no longer have communication.
*update!! Upon threats of legal action from this company I’ve edited my previous review to take out a genuine concern and thought of mine to warn others.
I’ve found this company and their customer service to be more than appalling and not professional. They think delivering an item to someone else’s bin is a job well done and when you question where things are they only respond with threats after not liking a true review, before that they’ll ignore you, they eventually sent a replacement to my neighbour months later.
I can see several reviews the same and mine isn’t a lone experience

Placed an order 24/12. Still no delivery. Have sent numerous emails, left a voicemail & even tried online chat to no avail. I’m leaving this review as I can see some people have been responded to and this may be the only way I can get an update on my order. O/N is 9099.

Item ordered November its now January and not recieved. I sent emails and raised it with amazon pay and left voicemail at their never manned customer support line and never any response back. Very poor service and money down the drain.

Edit: after posting this I did recieve a refund.

I ordered something on 29 November that promised 3-5 working days I still have not received it and I have tried calling but there is just a voice mail telling me to email . I have emailed 4 times as it was meant to be a Christmas present and needed to make sure it arrived but no reply to any emails.

I am still waiting for my order after 2 weeks. I’ve tried phoning and emailing and no-one answers. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

Very sadly the company continues to fail to respond to any communications, and has still not provided a refund nearly two months after my item was delivered broken, for the second time. Out of pocket, no item, and incredibly frustrating experience, never to be repeated. Happily I found another small business who supplied the item, in perfect condition, within a week.

To update on the below, I finally received a response from the company, but they said they would have to discuss internally processing my refund due to my 'unpleasant' review. I still have had no response and no refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. When my product arrived after a long wait it was broken. I called and email the company with no answer. They only responded when I posted a negative review. They then (this time quickly) sent a replacement. However this was AGAIN broken. While responding initially to my email on this, I have heard nothing since despite repeated chasers. I am now left out of pocket with an item in pieces and no sign of any refund. This may be a small company and a busy time but this level of (lack of) customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Finally received the order following several emails and attempted phone calls.

Told my order will be 'resent' and I should receive it by Saturday at the latest.
Pleased to announce it arrived 3 days later.

Item didn't arrive and email enquiries have been ignored.

Items arrived, well packaged and i was very happy with the quality

My Japanese bridge did eventually get delivered after I had given up hope and opened a dispute with my bank. Communicationcwith the company was awful . Thr quality of the bridge however looks good although I have not put it together yet as it arrived soooooo long after ordering that the weather had turned and my garden project is now on hold until the spring.

Spoke to Max yesterday regarding an order I needed urgently. He responded immediately and my parcel was delivered by 2.30pm today! Many thanks.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks before I needed the products, delivery stated 3-5 days so this left plenty of time to arrive. After nothing arriving and no updates I emailed the company for an ETA and explained the situation. Most got ignored or I got an email back at 11pm telling me they were very busy. I totally understand this and very politely explained if it wasn’t shipped by the Friday (10 working days later) that I would like to arrange a refund as the products are no longer required. After nothing back I emailed again to confirm I did not want them to send me the products (14 vases as gifts for a baby shower which had now passed!!) and asked for a refund. This was again ignored and after receiving a dispatch email the Monday evening, Tuesday the vases arrived at my door. Website also states if you want to return you have to pay to return (this was a HUGE box for tiny vases) Emailed the company and explained I clearly requested a refund and not to send so asked if they could cover postage back; already paid £7 postage to begin with. Shocker that this email has not been responded to - not sure why I expected them to reply after the last 2 weeks!!

Wouldn’t bother ordering unless you have no timescales and never have to contact them.

I placed order with thi company on the 26th November after 3 emails trying to ring no reply left 2messages I have tried to contact esty but have wait before they will intervene I would advise anyone not to buy from this company I am at the moment out of pocket with this company I I could give no stars iwoud and esty should be available when customer has complaint

Ordered an item and a few hours later received an email to say the item is not in stock. A refund is due to be issued but I have not received one. It has now been 7 days.

UPDATE JAN 2024. I placed my order on the 13th November, returned the items, they accepted them back on the 6th December now the 10th of Jan 2024 still no refund, no communication and no way to get hold of anyone. Appalling customer service, I cannot return my order. I have tried to call, email, Facebook, chat. I had one email to say the parcel would be collected, and now nothing. I’d like the order collected and my refund processed immediately.UPDATE Dec 1st. I have now had a call and they are dealing with my return.

Terrible experience. I ordered pots, came BROKEN in little pieces. They’ve ignored mutiple emails with pics to both their sales email address and info email address, no answer on webchat, did not answer telephone, no response to messages left on answering machine. I sent the initial email the day the package was delivered and opened, NOT A WORD from them since. So annoyed, they’ve stolen my money
