Not worth the hassle
My first two boxes arrived a little late but understandable because of the pandemic. The next box has still not shipped from august and I have waited till the end of January early February as they have told me but I’m now outside of the protection window for my payment and they won’t give me a refund but are still advertising new boxes stay away

Business Malpractice
Use this company at your peril. The irony is I did quite like the content of the loot boxes I have received. However its their business malpractice I take issue with.
I recently bought a one month only Harry potter subscription for my girlfriend. First off they messed up and sent her a horror box which wasn't to her liking.
But more important than was they kept billing me after subscription had ended. They actually extended it until April 2022 without my knowledge which would have cost me £160 if I wasn't vigilant.
They just ignore your emails and have no direct helpline. The only way I could resolve the issue is through my bank to put a blockbon future transactions.
Its sad because I probably would have registered for another subscription in the future and they would have made more profit off of me if they behaved like a legitimate business. But I will not be using these scam merchants again.
Save your money
Terrible, money is taken but the product is never received. It's February and I am still waiting on a crate from October last year. Customer service will blame all of it on the current climate. Save your money.

Terrible customer experience with Loot Crate
Here's a recent example of the "customer experience" with Loot Crate, word for word from their own department:
"Thank you for contacting us! Due to recent events, import and transit times of products have been globally affected. And a result, our shipping times have changed. Your December Loot Wear is now scheduled to ship out in February. (In reference to ticket 3453152)"
So if your crates are months late, don't fret! That's just to be expected with this joke of a company.
Charged three times with no box
are looking nted about how bad this service had become...d my order for the first box and decided to start with the second one. I got charged for this in November. In early December I emailed asking about my crate, which still had not been sent. They told me it would be sent soon. I emailed in early January asking about my crate. They told me it would be sent soon. Got an email in January saying it was due in December. I have now been charged for the next crate. Looking into my order it stated that i had been charged for 3 boxes, none of which i had actually recieved with no update, tracking or customer service to speak of. This is a service I used to use but the quality if the items lowered over time. I took a chance as the limited edition crate was something I was interested in but I am disappointed about how bad this service had become. Save some cash and don't bother with it.
This company is a huge scam
This company is a huge scam. If you don’t believe me, check out all their social media and online reviews. It’s sad because they once were amazing, but now they have not filled 90 percent of orders from months to years. It’s one thing to have shipping delays due to COVID or what not, but they continue to advertise “NEW” Boxes when previous boxes have not shipped in months. Additionally they have been advertising loot vault. This is a part of the company where you can pick items from previous boxes and create your own box. This is another complete rip off, how can you advertise items for a “pick your own crate” when you haven’t sent those items out in the first place? They literally don’t have the products on hand that they are selling. They have not had any physical products for months going on years for 90 percent of their customers. I fell victim to their BS and I am currently fighting for my money back. If you did not already know, they have filed bankruptcy. Do yourself a favor and go on their social media and other online sources and just read the pages of poor reviews and people getting scammed before you decide to give this company a dime. If you already gave them money then start fighting for it back now. Cancel any subscription you have with them, because you won’t get it and please help to take this fraud company down and file a report with the federal trade commission
This company used to be atleast decent
This company used to be atleast decent. I would get my crates on time or no more than a few weeks late. This last year though has sucked. I am waiting on 4 bi-monthly boxes (september, November, and 2 January boxes). I have never had these issues before. They say it’s due to port delays. I understand there have been port delays and everyone has had some issues with products but 6 months of no box is just ridiculous. They have gone downhill and it’s showing bad. I’m not ordering anymore boxes from them I’ll find another crate that does Harry Potter and go with them. Don’t order from loot crate unless you want a super late box or no box at all.

I'd understand if it stated "Shipping will take 2 months" but it didn't. I'd understand if money was taken after being dispatched but it wasn't...you've taken £40 from me and not sent anything.
You're quite a s*** company and your customer service needs more options OR you need to just tell your customers that you blatantly don't know how to handle shipping so it's going to take a long amount of time.

i never recieved it and after countless times contacting their customer service i finally had a manager told me they oversold their stock and that no replacement was possible, i ended up getting my money back. were 11 months ahead since ordering though so to end up with nothing in hand is a bitter dissapointment. a company that oversells their stock is quite amaturistic imo

Like many on here I wouldn't give any stars. Purchased a 4 crate subscription on day 1 of release in March 2021, to be shipped in September. Still waiting. All I get is sorry there's been a delay. When I asked for a refund they stopped responding. I am now seeking legal action against this abysmal company. Don't get conned save your money its not worth the stress.
Terrible business
Terrible business. As many mentioned please avoid this company. I bought a box in October 2021 with a shipping label that was created thru FedEx Nov 18th. Now January 2022 I still don’t have anything and from the “SHOP” app the tracking number that is more than likely fake is showing in Round, Texas since Nov 18th. I have reached out with no responses. Terrible business. I ended up getting ahold of my credit card company to dispute and get my funds back that way.
Horrible Customer Service
After 4 months and 20 emails later, I finally just ask for a refund because they never even started my ordered but took my money.
Not once during the multiple emails did they offer me an alternative box for the theme that I wanted. Not once did they offer me another box that they could get to me in time because they were having a problems with the one I ordered. Not once did they offer me as a inconvenience a piece of merchandise to keep me as a new customer. This was my 1st order with them and they didn't care. So I asked for the refund. They didn't even try to keep my business or again offer me a subscription box or a piece of merchandise to show they felt bad for not giving me what I ordered. Find another service guys not this one.
Awful
Awful, awful company. I ordered the crate last July expecting it to be shipped in October. It is now Jan 2022 and still nothing. I get the same email from them over and over telling me the crate is due to ship in a couple of weeks. Then it doesn't and I contact them and I get the same lying update. I truly believe I will never receive the crate I ordered. Utterly terrible - avoid at all costs!!

Atrocious company
Atrocious company - ordered a crate in May 2021. It's now January 2022 and it still hasn't shipped. Their 'shipping updates' page just keeps moving the estimated shipping date further and further back. There's never any email updates or apologies for the delay, and when you complain to their customer service they don't provide any explanation for the delays. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately I have had the missfortune of dealing with lootccrate within the past 6 months to not get what I ordered, shorted when items did arive and crates still 6 months later not sent to find this out...
On 08/11/2019, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 19-11791.
This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization.
Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Delaware District Court CM/ECF, 824 Market Street N. 3rd Floor, Wilmington, DE, 19801 for resubmission to that court.
The case number should be entered on the form.

Too bad you cannot give negative stars. This company is the worst. I have been a customer for a very long time and the service has been on the decline long before Covid. I have not received anything for eight months on a bi-monthly subscription. If you contact their customer support you get the usual, we’re sorry this is not the experience we want out customers to have. It is always the same form email. I hate when customer service tries to apologizes, run your business professionally and you wouldn’t have to apologize. They need to sell to someone who can run it properly, oh wait they already did that and the service got even worse. I know that is hard to believe. They just need to close down the business it is too far gone to save.
