I got suckered and ordered this for my husband. What seemed like a very cool gift. I ordered on August 6th, they were very quick to take my money. I still don’t have my item. They sent pictures that the item was delivered on August 21,2026 at 1:20am. I do not have the item. This is also after they lost the first shipment. After 10 plus emails they keep giving me the runaround. I am now on hold with my bank. What a crock!! Stay away and do not order!!

DO NOT PURCHASE PERSONALIZED ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDER A GIFT FOR MY HUSBAND. THE ONLINE AD WAS NOT CLEAR ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE ITEM, OR THE FACT THAT I HAD TO ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCT MYSELF. IT WAS SMALLER THAN I THIUGHT IT WOULD BE AND VERY EXPENSIVE. JUST DON'T DO IT!

Do NOT purchase from this company.. .as many have said in previous reviews... the "display" box is nothing short of a flat box that held the pieces of the figure together. I will admit that the resemblance to my son was very realistic, everything else is twisted truth and exaggeration. The package arrived with NO instructions and packaged in the "gift box". When i told them no instructions were included (for that astronomical price, they immediately sent me a picture diagram...thats it, a picture diagram. They also explained that the box is for display AFTER assembled....not a box to store the finished product in...THEY described...a DisplayBox...bull crap....its a $6.00 box to hold the unassembled product in..period. Their products look amazing in print, but the actual product AND the customer service sucks. Spend your $$ elsewhere, you'll thank us All in the morning!!!!

They are a scam. Do not purchase anything custom from them. It looks nothing like what they advertise

I purchased a custom pillow. Waited weeks for it. When it came was wrong team wasnt custom. Reached out and was told no exchange or refund. But we will give you a 30% coupon. Was told they emailed me and text me about custom info not saving. They had my number but didnt call or reached out. They jusy send out basic pillow

Garbage! AI fake advertising. It’s an 80 dollar two dimensional piece of plastic. Looks nothing like the add on Facebook!

Very diasppointing, Im expecting to receive a a sport figure type of toy but instead its a printed on a cut out board. For $60 its ridiculous

This company is scammy, objects in picture are misleading! It juts arrived and I thought it was going to look like a pop but instead it’s just a 3 D print up and this wasn’t cheap! Very disappointing how you can’t trust companies to deliver what they advertise.

Product looks nothing like in the mockup. Quality is terrible and customer service was rude. Be ready for a disappointing late shipment with subpar product.
