LVH is extremely consistent. I have been ordering from here for years and have never had issues: always quality hair, with great presentation, shipped in a timely manner (always arrives before expected time) and really great customer service from Adanna. The hair is full, silky, no smell, and I always get complements from my hairdresser on installation how nice the hair is. I have been scammed in the past and its so nice to know every time I order from LVH im being taken care of. I never order anywhere else and recommend this brand to anyone asking

My experiences with LVH have been quite positive. I did have one issue and it was solved effectively and efficiently and tbh I was quite surprised being as customer service seems to be on the decline these days. So thank you LVH for the lovely service and lovely hair.

P.s the 4 star and not 5 is simply because the hair does require constant brushing as it matts at the nape quite a bit. Other than that it’s great x

LVH has been my preferred hair vendor for years. I've bought a couple of bundles from London Virgin Hair. No issue with tangling or shredding, I have coloured a bundle as well, and it came out nice.

Also, I absolutely love the next-day delivery option!
