I have used this company multiple time as the hair is very good quality BUT this time!!!! DO NOT USE this company will take your money but not deliver your items.
Order was placed on the 31st March and I still have not received my items.
I have emailed, filled out contact forms and left voicemails and no contact has been recieved back from them.
I have contacted parcel2go who have confirmed that the company have never even sent out my item for delivery, just generated a postage label.
Have sent them a letter stating I will be taking them to small court and still had no response.
Please do not loose your money with this company it is not worth your time or effort.

My review is due to shipping. I select next day delivery but this is never fulfilled. My items take at least 2 weeks to deliver.

As my hair is thin and short. I’ve been wearing hair extensions for a year now and only ordering them from Nzazu hair you could get whether they’re on a deal or full price. I recommend to any one that wants perfect hair.

I have ordered a few times and got what i wanted however this time they sent me the wrong colour and numerous emails later still no reply .. cant even return them for an exchange as you have to contact them first but if they dont reply how can you do that!! Absolute disgrace customer service is terrible i will never order again .. dont waste your time with this company DREADFUL

Placed a order for over £300 Evri messed up said they lost parcel and to contact sender , sender has ignored emails , social media messages , I paid with Clearpay and as the sender told Clearpay I’ve got the parcel even tho Evri admitted to loosing it I’m left to pay the bill , chargers are being added on now every 3 days as the sender won’t reply to me or Clearpay now to sort this , so no items and a bill with charges racking up , even there phone number online doesn’t work , so dodgy , I’m having to seek legal advice to sort this , worse company to order from , just take your money and don’t care

DONT BUY FROM THEM ! I had ordered my extensions 4 days ago , and was saying will be delivered next day! I try get in touch with them, on TikTok and by email, and they don’t reply to me ! They haven’t sent my order and I can’t wait anymore as I order to have them not to wait 2 weeks ! Don’t buy from them at all

Ordered hair extensions over a week ago. Paid alot of money for them. Delivery was suppose to be next day delivery. Not arrived over a week later emailed customer service not done anything so now going through my bank to try and get my money back.
Needs reporting to Company House and FCA.

I paid £140 for hair, sent back due to wrong colour. I have Received one email back but other than that that I have been ignored. It’s daylight robbery!!! I would have achully bought from them again, if they had sent the money. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have sent several emails ans I still waiting on my refund
I have paid a great deal of money for my hair extensions who despite being advertised as next day delivery took 5 days, I then said I don't longer require them as I missed my appointment before my holiday event

I have send the hair back untouched on the original package
You kept my money and my hair

Emails backwards and forats since 21/06 we are now on24th of July

Last email stated the money would be in my account by 21/07 I still not got nothing back

Worst place I have bought from. Slow delivery, bad quality of hair and really bad customer service!! The good reviews are definitely them as even their website they delete bad reviews!! Avoid

I was nervous to try extensions for the first time, but this brand made it so easy. The hair is gorgeous and their team was super responsive and sweet.

Ordered hair for next working day, no response for chat, msgs and emails, phone off. Reported as fraud. Blocked me on tik tok and Instagram. No money, no hair and no any contact with this scam company at all!

Am a salon owner and buy wholesale from this company. I tested their hair 2ce and the quality is impeccable. I can not fault this hair. My clients are really happy with the quality. I also gave them a shout out on my Ig page. That's how much i love the hair.

I purchase some Cambodian hair a few weeks ago and must say the quality is ridiculously gorgeous

I needed an exchange on an order, guaranteed two different dates nothing arrived, they have now ignored my last 17 emails I just want my money back but they ignoring me just under £200, I have reported to my bank and filing with ombudsman. Disgusting customer service, avoid this site

Please please do not purchase off these people I ordered my hair case nothing like the colour I picked!! Struggled to communicate with anyone got back to me about 2 weeks later to return the hair so I did! They emailed me to say they received it and I would have a refund within7/10 working days! Waited waited nothing emailed txt there phone number called it no reply no refund of £245!!! Might I add!! I am furious and i have opened a dispute with Clearpay as that’s how I paid still waiting on any contact discusting
