Loved the service by LVH - I was in need of a fast turnaround and my original vendor cancelled. lVH saved me with their express delivery! Will deffo be ordering again as I’m so last minute!

Unprofessional company.

I ordered hair, only to be told the length is out of stock and that longer lengths were available. I’ve been loyal to LVH for 4 years so I asked if they could provide a complimentary upgrade. Adanna, then says, she has personally checked the stock and their length is out of stock. Shame. I ordered a different hair instead but it never arrived, it got lost in the post. I emailed, no reply, chased her up, she advised Royal Mail will get back in 31days, which is odd, when I called RM, they advised 10days. Since the issue had to be sorted with the support waited for 31 days, no response and I had to chased her for an update. Bearing in mind I have chased several times. She finally gives me a refund.

Given the previous reviews, it seems like the company has a poor habit of listing hair that is out of stock and failing to correct the error. It has become a scam. I won’t be using them again.

I placed my order on Friday and got an email to say it was out of stock on Monday. I responded back on Wednesday and advised I needed the hair for my birthday so if I wasn’t gonna have it by the next Monday, I wanted to cancel the order. They responded and advised no weave was going to be in stock until at least Monday so I don’t understand why they are taking orders with no stock??? Even looking back on it, you are still able to order? I haven’t received any correspondence since I said I wanted a refund. It’s so hard to get in touch with LVH. I used to swear by them and have always used them so I don’t know what has gone wrong this time. The lack of communication/customer service skills is sad. I have tried to reach out via different platforms and haven’t been able to get through to anyone. I placed my order over a week ago now and my refund still hasn’t been processed nor has anyone contacted me back regarding it. My partner paid for it and his words were ‘have I been scammed by a weave company’. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone anymore.

I brought a closure and 14inch hair it was absolutely poor quality I have been buying hair for sometime from this company and usually quite good. However this time it was dreadful like a synthetic joke shop quality hair. Will not be purchasing again.

After having an issue with the hair purchased initially. LVH ( Adanna) was very happy to help and replaced the hair for me. She was very helpful and delt with the matter promptly which I am very greatful for. Thank you

I paid £180 for a luxury deep wave bundle. What a waste of money. I had it done & in 1 week it look like a birds nest & was shedding all over the place. On contacting LVH they offered me vouchers(to still spend with the) not a refund that would allow me to get my hair redone. I’ve taken a chance & purchased a coupe of wigs instead. I’m hopeful they will be fine,

Hi guys absolutely the worst experience I had with LondonVirginHair .
Well I’ve order 4 bundles plus 1 closure for 20 inch HD which was a gift for my sister worth of £577 in Romania,as soon the order came I packed and send it with DHL in Romania when my sister she received the hair she notice that the closure was 12 inch instead of a 20 inch , I wrote several emails regardless for a good couple of days to just receive an outcome to return the wrong closure and which was the brand mistake with so poor customer service.
I end up with £25 refund for the difference of price of the wrong closure and that’s it ,not a voucher discount or to get a chance to buy the closure cheaper or any other kindness or to value the customer for they’re mistake,nope none of that .
Will not recommend this brand at all to no one .

It is my first time using LVH and what attracted me was the advertisement for quick next day delivery 🤨. I ordered and paid, then an email was sent to say my product was out of stock would I like to purchase something different.
It has been 7 days, no product, no communication from the company, all phone numbers are invalid. The 'live' chat is dead.
It's a scam to take peoples money and not provide the product.

The clip in extensions are atrocious, the wefts are way too big i dont know whose huge head they used to measure against and think this applies to everyone, also its 2024 time to make seamless clip ins , wish i didnt order these the clips are really flimsy too i can tell they aren’t going to last long

When the hair arrived it looked nice but after 3 months wear on a wig the hair started to matt I paid over £500 and I’m not happy.

I’ve been ordering my hair from this company for 2 years now! I’m in love with the quality and price. There’s no other company I would rather order from ! And very fast delivery.

Was recommended LVH as I haven't weaved my hair in many years and didn't know which company offered good quality hair. LVH hasn't disappointed me. I bought body wave bundles and closure all came by the next day. Excellent quality. When I'd bought one bundle too many, I was able to send it back with no quibbles and the money was back in my account within 5 days. I even got an email to check that everything was alright.
Will most definitely recommend and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

AWFUL quality synthetic mix hair.
Paid over £300 for bundles and a closure, the hair matts, tangles be sheds. It feels horrible and is difficult to style.
I gave emails LVH for a refund and have had no response.
Absolutely disgusting scam company, for actual premium hair use Bleu Ribbon not this cheap processed hair they falsely market as premium virgin hair.

Awful quality very thin and dry looking especially once coloured waste of money. Won't buy again very disappointed

The straight hair bundles I’ve bought has always been of good quality, have been able to reuse the hair multiple times and it still has remained in good condition. Not a lot of shedding either. Excellent communication and fast shipping! One of my favourites!

Customer service is amazing as well as the quality of the hair. It is rare to find a UK provider that provides such good hair and service all the time. I have been ordering for years, reused, dyed the bundles and still so great.
