So so good and the Christmas cupcakes are both delicious and really beautiful.

I called with a last minute requirement and Mahir could not be any more helpful. Our company will definitely be using the service again & I want to thank them for delivering a lovely red velvet.

Another brilliant cake (Victoria sponge) for my daughter's 8th birthday! I've been getting Lola's birthday cake for my daughter for the last few years which she absolutely loves. The cakes are always fresh with great taste, lovely presentation, and not too sweet! We were out in Central London so I pre-ordered and collected it in store which was very easy.

Excellent cakes and experience

I was a little sceptical about how good these cakes taste, especially when someone had raved on and on about them!

I picked a small chocolate and raspberry one (feeds 8…or 2 in our case!) and all I really need to say, is that the first slice lasted about 20 seconds - moist sponge, packed with flavour and cream cheese that complimented the sponge rather than overpowering it.

It was simply fantastic!

I picked it up from the Covent Garden store on the day of collection and the lady there was also incredibly friendly, opening up the box to show me prior to bagging it…simply and easy.

I can without question say, that next time I need a cake for any occasion, a quick trip into London will be taken to try another variety (or maybe the same one!)

Highly recommend trying if you haven’t before.

The best gluten and vegan chocolate cake I have had so tasty and luxurious just what you want from a chocolate cake

I made the order and picked it up on time. Got home and placed it in the fridge only to find out on the next day that the berries from a « fresh berry cake » were rotten. When I called I was asked if I placed it in the fridge over night and I said yes. But when I got there they asked it again a million times making it seem like it was my fault but berries don’t just grow in a couple of hours if they were fresh. I reiterated that it was in the fridge and the lady said “next time just place it in the fridge”. I was so angry because they had already ruined my surprise for my best friends birthday and called customer service who asked me the same thing and said I was given two cakes back (he said the shop people wrote down that they gave me a cake extra to compensate) when I’m actual fact they did not and I had to go and do something else whilst they wrote on the cake. When I asked for my refund they said they can’t compensate if they have already given me another cake when the whole situation was their fault and I asked for a report because they were going to send it to be “investigated” by the bakery, which has not been sent to me till today. They only refunded half of the price and made it seem like they tried their hardest to fix the situation when they did nothing to go the extra mile to fix their mess. Still waiting on the report

Great tasting cake - enjoyed by all. Wouldn’t know it was vegan!

First time visiting the branch and was great customer experience, gentleman was knowledgeable and polite and explained the different varieties. The only thing that I was disappointed in was even thou I was collecting my husband’s birthday cake I didn’t understand why I was being charged £2.50 to collect it, even thou I avoided the delivery charge how is it possible that customers are still being charged £2:50 to collect? Still doesn’t makes no sense at all and think it’s wrong to charge when customers are collecting! I was told by the assistant it was a trial.Such a shame, I wont be returning anytime soon, especially when a member of my staff told me they didn’t have to pay for there’s last year! :(

Order a customized Black Forest cake online and picked it up at Covent Garden store. It was smooth and easy, with prior order only 2 days in advance, which is very convenient. The cake was good, using cream cheese as coat made it an extra special taste. And candle is available in the store when picking up the order.

Such a fantastic service! I ordered just a few days before my 6 y/o’s birthday. They truly did a fantastic job with the perfect, sprinkle covered, colourful, unicorn cake. Can’t get over the speed of their service and the amazing quality of the cake. A bunch of happy, hyper children and parents alike. Definitely recommend! There were no compromise on either taste or appearance. Both 5 star!
