Lola's - Lola's Covent Garden Recenzje

Delicious lemon cupcake! Moist and not too sweet.

I ordered my birthday cake online, the process was easy, smooth and clear. I could easily select the shop where I wanted the cake to be collected from and the day. The design was perfect and the taste amazing! Prices are also in line with most of the main bakeries or cake shops out there! A very positive experience!

Online ordering was very clear. Friendly and efficient service. Collection was smooth and easy.

My server was very kind and showed me how to access my free Lola's cupcake from joining the app online! It made my experience very pleasant as it was accompanied with a delicious Cookies and Creme cupcake.

A absolute must-have when that sweet tooth kicks in! These cupcakes are incredible, from the fluffy, airy sponge to the thick, flavoursome icing. They come in so many different styles and flavours—the tea time cupcake literally tastes like scones and tea! It’s amazing. You seriously need to set a shop up at Battersea Power Station!

Great and helpful team at the Covent Garden kiosk.
Removed a star as I had asked for a vegan cake, but it was unidentifiable, once put into the box(es) of 12 cakes, so the vegan was unable to eat it. Some better labelling might be useful?

Delicious Bento Cake!

I celebrated my birthday on a spontaneous family trip to London from Barcelona and found this lovely cake. I was able to personalise and order it online with just 48 hours’ notice. It was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent — everything was ready right on time, with several convenient collection locations to choose from.

Highly recommended!

Gorgeous brownies highly recommend the pistachio one the best I have ever tasted

I had a small issue with my purchase confirmation which was solved very promptly. In addition, I was notified on every step of the delivery process which, since I am several thousand miles away, was much appreciated.

The woman with the headscarf greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home, eagerly helping me choose and recommending cupcakes. However, my experience with the manager was quite different. I ordered about two and a half dozen cupcakes, but she refused to give me an extra bag after I paid for the first two, insisting I pay again with another credit card because I didn't have cash. Her attitude made me question whether she was the right person to run the store.

I was extremely happy with my birthday cake! It was delicious, and the design and personalization were exactly as shown in the pictures. The attention to detail was excellent. The delivery was on time, and all the arrangements were handled perfectly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely order again!

Always good and reliable!
