What a lovely place to get away for a couple of days! The pod was spotless and had such a cosy feeling to it! The hot tub is placed in a perfect position to look over the stunning view - Jo was a great host and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed!

The Snug at Logie Farm will forever be a special place for me and my partner. The stay was the perfect location to propose to my partner and we made so many memories from our time at Logie Farm and will absolutely be back year on year. Jo was very accommodating to all our needs. 100% recommend.

Fantastic view and fantastic pod. Jo was a very helpful host. Once down from farm track there is some great roads to cycle with the lindores distillery near by. Highly recommended

Fantastic from start to finish . Host was fantastic with her attention to detail with welcome pack and place is a little slice of heaven . So peaceful .

Second visit to the California snug with my girlfriend on Saturday for 1 night. Our favourite place to stay. As always snug is clean and has all the amenities you need. Views are amazing and hot tub is perfect to relax. Local village Newburgh is close by with a co op and take away food you can collect from. We look forward to returning to our favourite place.

me and my girlfriend had a lovely getaway here at the snug and it was terrific! the views were beautiful and the snug itself was perfect for us, very nice AC unit which kept us cozy throughout the weekend aswell as the firepit. the design of the snug is very modern and did not disappoint. The owners were also very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back for another getaway here.

Just back from the most relaxing few days away at the Snug. Location is stunning and even more beautiful than the photos. Pod is great and has all you need for a lovely few days getting away from it all. Jo came to introduce herself after we arrived and was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Wow, just wow.
We stayed in the california pod, as we brought out little kylo (shiba inu) with us.
It was last minute and boy did we get the best weather possible.

Pros:
The pod itself was very clean, kitted to a high. Can tell the owners take great pride in the place.
The view was incredible.
Nice and secluded. Amazing location.
The hot tub was very clean and relaxing.
The place has aircon which was a must in this heat. It has Netflix and all mod cons also.

Cons:
Not really many "cons" as I think thats a strong word for the only little things I have to say. Due to the nature of where the place is, the place may benefit from a microwave, for reheating take away left overs. Understand this may be a fire risk though.

The place is a bit pricey.... But not a "con" as you are paying for luxury, and looking back it was definitely worth it as was apprehensive at first :)

Great hosts, would love to stay again.

This is a stunning place to stay with every mod-con you could hope for. We were lucky enough to stay in good weather to enjoy the stunning hill top views over the Tay. The snug was spotless and the outside area was beautiful. There are 2 snugs on site but there we felt that we weren't overlooked at all. The owners have considered privacy well in the positioning of them.

In our confirmation we were told that we would receive details of 'extras' that we could purchase 48 hours before arrival. This came at 10.30pm the night before we travelled. It would have been useful to have this earlier so that we could plan whether or not we wanted to BBQ etc. £10 for some marshmallows seemed excessive and we didn't indulge. You are not allowed to use your own fuel for the BBQ or firepit. We were charged £15 for logs (there were plenty) and £10 for BBQ pack. The coals are used on the fire pit which is large and the grid only sits in one position. We pack of coals not big enough for the pit.

There were some lovely snacks in the snug and bottled water, however we were provided with one peppermint teabag between us - probably an oversight but when we asked for some breakfast tea, the promised tea never arrived.

The accommodation is not cheap and rightly so - it's luxurious and a real treat. Having said this it felt a little disappointing when the extras were heavily priced and didn't quite come up to scratch.

We had a fabulous time here and hope that this feedback is useful for the owners who have done so much so very well.

Excellent experience from start to finish, the pods are outstanding and been very well thought out with views looking over loch Tay. Feels like you’re a million miles away, so peaceful, highly recommend and will definitely be back! Great little getaway x

We had the most amazing overnight stay in the California Snug! It was like a wee bit of heaven on Earth! ❤️

The Snug itself was immaculate, everything cleaned to an incredibly high standard. It was chic and modern inside with lots of lovely little homely touches. It was very high tech, there was a touch pad to control lights, heating and Bluetooth speakers - just great! Jo very kindly organised some banners and balloons too, as it was my boyfriend’s birthday.

The Snug had everything you could need, although we didn’t realise the crockery was under the bed. Really well thought our amenities as everything you could need was found in this box under the bed.

The hot tub was unreal! Jets, lights, fantastic views and really easy to use. It was everything we hoped it would be! The location is truly stunning and very well looked after.

We found getting food to the Snug challenging. Recommended takeaway places did not deliver, so we had to go into Newburgh to collect dinner ourselves. This was fine, although we would’ve rather maximised our time in the Snug by having food come to us. We were under the impression that breakfast was included however this didn’t materialise, although I could’ve got my wires crossed here!

St Andrews is about 30/40mins away so we went there for a day trip after our Snug stay.

We will definitely be back, but will do a little more research in regard to food deliveries.

We had a fantastic 2 night break at The Snug. The Pod was fantastically fitted out with everything you need and the views from the hot tub, day or night made it a really relaxing place to be. We have already recommended this location to friends.

Stayed here for a couple of day's and it was such a fantastic place to be and relax. The pod its self is out of this world every single detail has been thought about. Jo & Andy are also very friendly and will cater to any requirements you have. The location is just wow... Will 100% be back. If i could give this place a 10/10 I would!!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for his 21st. Hosts made us feel welcome and helped with anything we needed, also put up decorations for us. Only thing that was sketchy is the road to get to the snug, but otherwise lovely views and great place to stay.

We stayed in the California snug, everything you could possibly want or need is included. Enjoyed the hot tub whilst taking in the breath taking views. My only complaint is that 1 night is just not enough. We have booked our next visit for 2 nights. Thanks Jo and Andy x

My partner and I stayed in the Camcase for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. It was a lovely private setting with spectacular views. The accommodation was modern and unique. The communication with Jo was superb, given the recent snowy conditions she ensured we could make it there safely for our stay and offered us assistance in getting food and supplies to us should we need it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a remote/ private but accessible location to stay.

View was absolutely stunning, such a peaceful and tranquil location. Lighting was fantastic both inside and outside the pod, overall everything was very high spec.
My only criticism would be to make the outside area of our dog friendly pod enclosed, as it would have allowed us to let the dogs potter around outside when we were in the hot tub.
We had a fantastic time, thank you.

I booked the California snug for 1 night for my girlfriends birthday and I must say it was a wonderful stay so clean and peaceful and relaxing we will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a chilled night away thanks again to Andy & jo.

I had booked for a 1 night stay to switch off and relax. This place is perfect for just that! The attention to detail is second to none. Everything was just perfect and will definitely be going again!

Had the most amazing night in the California snug from 29th-30th Oct. It Was a surprise for my Girlfriends birthday and she was so happy as the snug,the view and all the amenities.

The snug has everything you need for a short break away and close to towns and city’s if needed.
