We ordered some door hinges, this was urgent of course. We ordered this on Sunday and pay more for the next day delivery to get this delivered next day which was Monday. However, then they advised this was going to be delivered on Tuesday. Why would you then let me buy the next day delivery on Sunday on the website? This is misleading.

Sent an email 12 days ago, no response. Followed up with another email asking if they'd received my email, no response. Really disappointed.

No issues and next day delivery for each order

Lock shop direct cannot supply what it promised to on its website or what it promised to over the phone. I payed in full up front in good faith that they would deliver next day for £15 additional cost.
No tracking is supplied, just an email saying if you want tracking - email or phone us and we will supply. Yes of course, you guessed it, no answer to emails and sorry we're closed now......
One would assume a shop that supplies locks would realise its important to use trustworthy delivery companies and be trustworthy themselves so that their clients aren't left chasing them because they're not able to secure their homes with replacement barrels and the like due to total incompetence ! I made a simple order I might add, a single barrel replacement for a door that had been broken in a burglary. I tried my hardest to buy one over the counter but it was impossible, no locksmiths stock Ingersoll it seems.... I still haven't received my barrel 5 days later. Apparently DHL lost it and now Parcelforce are supposed to be delivering today. Their tracking website says it hasn't left the depot, it's 16:18 now. What a rubbish experience, I'm inclined to say what a rubbish company! I don't know what to say. I've made half a dozen phone calls, sent about as many emails. Incompetence is all I can assume. I've been asked twice to leave feedback and I hate to be negative but here it is. Poor poor poor. Very disappointed.
