Locks Express is a family run locksmith and upvc door repair company based in Kendal, Cumbria. We are a father and son team consisting of myself, Dean Balderstone and Alan Balderstone, my dad. We have over 40 years of combined experience in the locksmith industry, serving thousands of customers all over Cumbria and Lancashire since Locks Express was started in 2004. Dean was at my house within 15minutes of phoning. I had been locked out, I managed to get a spare key but that wouldn't work as the other key was in the lock on the inside. Luckily Dean was able to get me in without having to damage and replace the lock. I had been given a price over the phone but it was cheaper than quoted as no replacement was needed. Thanks Dean

My front door had jammed up locking us in our home even though it was unlocked. I looked for a local company and came across Locks Express a local family run company. Dean was at my home just over an hour after my call and freed the door and replaced the mechanism. He was friendly, efficient and respected my property whilst working. A complete professional. Excellent service
Excellent service.Had problems with removing keys from locks, rang in the morning and Dean arrived at the time arranged . He immediately new what the problem was and easily fitted new locks. Cannot fault the service, will definitely recommend this company.
