Always great quality products

Always great quality products, I love a bit of print and the designs on their products are fabulous! Delivery times are very reasonable for a smaller company with limited staff. Always very happy to shop with them.

Excellent quality, design and service

I love these leggings, I have multiple pairs of the active ones and casual ones, the designs are super fun and make me feel confident, I'm always getting compliments when wearing them. The leggings last so well too, unlike cheaper brands where they wear through after 2 wears, I've got lockets I've had for years which are still going strong. The pockets in the active wear ones are the best thing in the world, I can fit my keys, phone and ear buds with no issue, I've even carried a bottle for my baby in them once. Customer service is really good, always get a swift response to any email

Active leggings

I have been buying active leggings from Locket Loves for a couple of years now and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the leggings are the best I've found - they fit great (once you've found your size, I go one size smaller than 'usual'), they sit comfortably high on your waist, are long enough, have pockets (one or several depending on what style you chose) and are squat proof. They are bright and colourful and I love them. They wash really well too. I have always received good customer service and never had a problem. Give them a try.

Absolutely love these leggings!

Honestly the best leggings I've ever owned, currently have 43 pairs of the casual leggings and some casual shorts. I suffer with fibromyalgia and have hernias, these leggings have always been comfortable for me, they're stretchy and have never caused me a problem when my skin is sensitive.

Always get compliments on my leggings whenever I go out

A leopard never changes its spots

Quite honestly shocked that they are still trading in the same slippery manner. Bankrupt last year, back immediately under a slightly different name but same tagline, same dishonest owner constantly bragging about her lifestyle, shamelessly hiding behind photos of her baby to get sympathy. Products even cheaper and tackier than ever. Constant sales and offers suggest this company will go the same way as the previous one. Avoid at all costs.

⚫What happened to Lucy Locket Loves?
Firstly, I want to apologise to everyone impacted by this, especially our customers and the LLL Team. Despite everyone’s hard work, the challenges of the past 18 months were overwhelming, leading us to enter voluntary liquidation on May 28, 2024.
Supply chain issues, warehouse floods that caused downtime and lost stock, rising import costs that slashed our margins, and the ongoing cost of living crisis hit our revenue hard and disrupted our operations. These essentially made our traditional business model obsolete.
In December 2023, we managed to negotiate monthly rent payments for our warehouse, but by May 2024, the owners insisted on reverting to full quarterly payments, which we couldn’t meet. This led to their abrupt decision to take control of our warehouse on May 10th with no notice, disrupting our operations and leaving us without working capital.
Facing no operational ability and mounting financial obligations, we made the difficult decision to enter voluntary liquidation.
This has been incredibly distressing, particularly for our team, who were reluctantly made redundant. We deeply regret the impact on our staff and their families and I can never say sorry enough for how abruptly this happened. This has personally been the most upsetting part of this process.

However, with the support of friends and family I am working towards rebuilding the business to support customers and the community who believe in LLL. Here’s how we seek to honour our community, through goodwill during this transition:
Customer returns: We will process refunds, returns, and exchanges as soon as we are able to access the warehouse in order to process them. (This is still a work in progress being dealt with legally.)
Gift cards: Gift cards purchased from Lucy Locket Loves will be honoured as & when we are back up and running.
Annual delivery passes: Missing weeks from May 10th until we resume operations will be added to extend the expiry date.
We aim to relaunch the Locket Loves website in Summer with a new look, operational hub, and new leggings designs.
This rebuilding phase will take time, especially as I am also caring for my newborn daughter, but I am dedicated to restoring the service and products you love.

Fool me twice, shame on me!

Having previously ordered from LLL and had a satisfactory experience, I thought I'd try them again having not read the latest news re: recent liquidation. The leggings I ordered were terrible quality, cheap material and had a strong chemical smell - the packet they came in was also slimey, for some reason?! It was so disappointing as I liked the pattern on them and had been looking for a good skull design like that. Sent them back and vowed never to order again, especially since returns aren't free. At least I know not to bother now!

Company gone bad. Poor quality.

I had many locket leggings, they were great quality. The last year or 2 after a couple of washes on cold water as they should be, the colour has faded so much and they look cheap. I've not bought any for a while as id rather spend more and they last. The casual leggings are extremely overpriced for the quality, they're temu leggings with labelled price, if I paid temu price I'd be happier!
Their recent bad business practice sealed my dislike for the brand.

Wouldn't touch with a barge pole

Order never arrived and was never refunded. The same stock is now back up for sale on Locket Loves at a higher price after being sold back for minimal amounts as the company went bust. Disgusting.

Quality massively gone downhill

Newer leggings I have are coming undone at the seams whereas much older pairs are still like new. The last purchase I made was a hoodie on offer. Awful quality would find better for cheaper at primark. Completely puts me off buying again.

My last pairs are falling apart

My last pairs are falling apart.

My last two pairs of leggings are falling about the stitching is coming under on the side pocket seams, the label has come off (not a bad thing when you look at what's happened). Other pairs are bobbling.

In comparison the pairs I bought in 2019/2020 still look good as new.

I won't be buying from LLL again due to other factors but the quality alone would be enough to put me off them

Terrible quality

I used to love LLL leggings but thelast few pairs I have bought the sizing has completely changed. No stretch in the waistband at all, very stiff. The material itself is so thin and the knees have gone white after only a couple of wears. Considering how much they charge I expect better quality. Will never be buying again

I too was a loyal locket

I too was a loyal locket. I have dozens of pairs, loved the kids versions etc. I had noticed a decline in quality over the last couple of years but actually hadn't ordered too recently as the designs weren't too my taste. Then the stock became generic online tat (think the scrunchy tiktok leggings available anywhere) and the business folded. Now I know all about running a business and the trials and tribulations which go with it.

What happened next was just dishonest. Lucy posted that the business had shut due to "unforseen circumstances". One glance at companies house shows debts of nearly £900,000 which is hardly unforeseen.

An additional limited company set up in a similar name in May a few weeks before the liquidation.

Upon relaunch, a statement was put out with a copy and paste message saying that the registering of the new business was due to longstanding ambitions to diversify the business.

I posted on the new page asking if the old business had repaid any of the £900,000 owed to staff, suppliers and the tax man. My comment was deleted and I was blocked.

I could never support a business that chooses to operate in this dishonest and shameful way. All the while Lucy boasts online about her personal wealth, trips and renovations whilst the taxpayers of the UK pick up after her failed business.

Absolutely shameful, Lucy please be honest with your customers instead of lying and deleting those who seek answers.

Such a disappointment.

Awful company

Awful company, incredibly dishonest - claimed unforeseen liquidation which, based on the state of accounts on companies house, was far from unforeseen. Quality of products significantly declined, hence sales dwindled. They wrote off several £100k of debt by going into voluntary liquidation, much of which will be passed on to the taxpayer, and have reopened as a barely indistinguishable company. Legally this may be possible, but morally it is absolutely disgusting and they are bound to repeat history as there are no visible changes to the business or products - don’t buy from (Lucy) Locket Loves and risk being out of pocket!

Dishonest

I too was drawn in to the brand like others and brought multiple pairs. But I will never buy again after their recent bankruptcy and dishonesty. Deleting any negative comment and not owning up to their errors. Blaming everyone else for issues and denying that they knew their was problems. Absolute rubbish. Such a big let down. Buy your products elsewhere

I used to be a happy and loyal customer and regularly bought leggings from them. However, quality has declined the last couple of years as the company expanded. She recently went into liquidation, owing thousands of pounds and then started a new business with a similar name, bought her previous stock back and is selling at even higher prices. Despicable behaviour and not to be supported.
