No confiar en estos lockers
Es increíble no poder entrar en una tienda con locker si llegas tarde!
Llegue 15 min después el horario elegido y estaba lista para pagar la diferencia. Tampoco se podía entrar en la tienda porque la contraseña de la puerta había dejado de funcionar…
Tuve que comprar otro locker solo para acceder a la tienda y luego, imposible acceder a mi reserva del precedente locker porque me decía que estaba terminada! Fue una locura y tuve que llamar a un número de asistencia francés y me respondieron en español. Por suerte hablo estos dos idiomas pero es absurdo.

Poor user experience
The user experience was extremely poor and confusing. It never occurred to me that the method involved locking customers out from the outside, and there were no signs or instructions provided. Even after checking the official website, there was no relevant information. I spent a lot of time waiting and trying different methods, which ended up making me miss the pickup time. When I called customer service, the staff was very unfriendly. Despite the inconvenience and delays, they still demanded payment for the overtime. This is the worst luggage storage service I’ve ever used — it’s my first time, and definitely my last.

We’re going to clarify, both for you and for anyone reading this review, what really happened:
You booked a locker rental for a specific time slot: from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This schedule was clearly confirmed via email as soon as you made the reservation. On top of that, we also sent you a reminder one hour before your rental ended, just in case you wanted to extend your time.
But you did absolutely nothing. You returned to collect your belongings at 10:04:18 PM, which is 1 hour and 34 minutes past your reserved time. We even include a 15-minute grace period on every reservation, meaning your code was valid until 8:45 PM.
After 14 failed attempts (all of which are logged), you called our support team, and they rightfully informed you that you would need to pay for the extra time. What’s truly baffling is that you describe this as a “poor user experience” when in reality, you simply didn’t follow the service terms—all of which were clearly communicated.
So frankly, we’re glad to hear you won’t be using our service again. Customers who ignore the rules, misuse the system, and then try to shift the blame are thankfully a rare exception.

Excelente servicio, pero imposibilidad de cambiar la localización
Excelente servicio. Sin embargo, tuve un pequeño problema durante la reservación: reservé sin querer en otra localización y tuve que pagar otra nueva en la localización correcta porque no se permite modificar el lugar. Así mismo como se permite cambiar la hora y la fecha del servicio, estaría mejor si se puede cambiar la ubicación.

Réservation simple.
Localisation dans le centre de Paris, proche d'une station de métro.
La rue est calme mais pas isolée.
Les conseillers téléphoniques sont au top pour allonger la durée de réservation (ce qui n'est pas intuitif du tout en ligne).
