Todo correcto. La segunda vez que lo contraté hubo un problema con el locker asignado, y llamando al tfno del correo se me atendió en mi idioma y me lo resolvieron al instante asignando otro locker.

Too expensive and not possible to see the locker before reserving
I reserved the locker at 22:00. One hour before my arrival. The website was not very clear (parts were in Spanish)and I did not realise that it was not possible to cancel the reservation. I reserved a locker S+ size. When I arrived I discovered my suitcase was 5cm too wide to fit in the locker. I called the telephone number. (The agent did not speak English only French). I saw the price was double for a medium sized locker 33€ was unacceptable for me so I asked to cancel the reservation. He said was impossible. In the end I lost my money.

Quick and easy booking. We stored four carry on suitcases in our XL locker for about four hours after checking out of our apartment which was very convenient. The locker facility is clean and modern. We had a great experience with using Lock and enjoy in our Paris trip.

Loved the structure and experience! The website is very user-friendly, and the registration process was quick and easy. I felt completely at ease leaving my luggage there — the space is clean, well-organized, and gives a real sense of security. I’ll definitely use it again and highly recommend it!
