I was at the UPS Store 1042 Willow Creek Prescott AZ at 10:15 this morning. Went in to drop 2 returns to Amazon. The woman there (there was only one at the counter) was extremely rude. She did not say one thing to me which in itself would be fine with me, but I asked her a very simple question. She would not answer me even though I repeated. She scanned my QR codes, handed me my receipt and sat back down. Unbelievably rude & zero customer service. I have been to this store many times with no issues. I am not one to write reviews but this really irked me. This is not the job for this woman.

I attempted to ship some meds to my husband, who works in the State of Arkansas and is a diabetic, on Wednesday 5-15-2024 and was guaranteed for that Saturday 5-18-2024. I provided the package, dry ice and the meds costing me $86.00 for the shipping and $25.00 for the meds/shots. My husband should have taken his shot this morning and has yet to receive his meds/shots for a diabetic health issue. The UPS store Manager, Rusty Little, wanted to file a claim with UPS and not refund me my money today so that I could purchase more meds and ship through FedEx. Not to mention the health risks to my husband's health not being able to take this shot. Please DO NOT SHIP through the UPS stores in case your package is lost or not delivered!

My father was diagnosed with brain cancer four months ago he has been going through intensive treatments to get better, In April my grandfather died suddenly and unexpectedly so our family has been dealing with a lot. A Few days later we went to our PO Box and found a letter that we all needed to provide our driver licenses to "update the mailboxes". we all did just that.
May 8th I stopped at our po box with my mom before heading to Chicago to pick up my dad from treatments and the owner had put a letter in our mailbox from her attorney Dated April 30th
"Effective Immediately we are terminating our relationship with you". She clearly was upset that my mother reported her to the attorney general for losing my mother's mail and giving her other mail of other customers at the po box.
Tina Higgenbotham (owner) gave my family no notice that she was doing this and she did not have the common decency to email us personally to advise us to change our addresses before closing our mail box. Due to her maliciousness I had important mail and checks returned to the sender being a college student this was unbelievable. In A Rush we had to open a new po box at another facility without any warning at all. We were not even given the opportunity to reach out to people and let them know we had a new mailing address. The owner purposely caused me and my entire family additional stress because we reported her and her staff for being incompetent and losing our mail. She tried to imply because she gave us 3 months free rent for another issue this was not important..... Do Not Rent A PO Box with this store it will not be protected until you pick it up.
My mother had to request her medical card, credit card and several important documents to be mailed again due to the poor service we received here. We have documentation but the owner did not care because she is an ableist. She is aware that my mother has a disability and she still discriminated against her anyway.
