Still waiting for the $320 refund due from a package that was suppose to be overnight delivery... or at least we're told that it would go out that day and arrive the next day it didnt arrive until the 3rd day. THEY kept refusing to refund the money. They said we didn't turn it the complaint unti the 15 day allowance. Nowher in the store or any paperwork was this communicated, let alone irally. From helping us unload our packages to providing us with quotes he went above and beyond customer service.
$1 an Inch for tape?
I took 2 open packages (shipping bags) to a local store in Eastvale, CA for a return to QVC. I had a QR code for the return. I was shocked when the clerk told me there would be $4 charge for EACH package to tape them closed. That never happened before yesterday! I was also told if I needed a 3rd plastic bag, the charge would be $8! These charges are seriously ridiculous! I figured it cost me about $1 an inch and 3 seconds of her time. I'm sorry, but this is just sheer greed as far as I'm concerned!

Never use this store if you want anything notarized. A simple normal document to notarize my signature nothing unusual. The girl who called me mommy said she was uncomfortable notarizing it. Horrible Manager
I have been a loyal UPS customer and mailbox holder for over four years as a business owner. Occasionally, when I pick up my packages, one or two may be accidentally left out of the bag. Typically, when I call to report a missing package, it's located shortly after.
However, a few days ago, I experienced a more serious issue. I picked up over 15 packages, and when I got home and sorted through them, I noticed one was missing—an item from Nordstrom. I immediately called the store multiple times but received no answer, so I left a voicemail. Unfortunately, no one returned my call.
When I came in to pick up my next round of packages, I informed the staff about the missing item. I was told I had already picked it up. I explained that the Nordstrom package was not among the ones I received. The store manager, Torrance, reviewed the security footage and told me, “The picture shows you with the package.” I responded that none of the packages in that photo were from Nordstrom and asked how he could identify the sender from a general image. Despite my concerns, he stated he would not take any further action.
As a long-time customer, I find this response extremely disappointing and unacceptable. It feels as though I’m being dismissed without a proper investigation. I take this matter very seriously and will not be renewing my mailbox. Additionally, I intend to pursue this issue until I receive a resolution. I believe there is a serious issue with package handling or possible theft that must be addressed.

Severely damaged on arrival
Employee 181311 argued with me about how to package. I had shipped an antique radio transceiver, but did not stay to observe how they packaged it, supposing they knew what they were doing. They did not. My package arrived severely damaged. Now I owe the buyer a $475 refund.
Don't use these guys if you need your package delivered on time.
My wife paid over 100 for next day package delivery. She dropped it off in the morning but the store sat on it until 5:44pm before handing it off to UPS (the shipping company), we'll past the 4pm cut off for next day delivery. As a result we got 2 day delivery which costs less than half the price. No apology. No refund. Not even a partial refund to reflect the lower service we actually got. The guy literally doesn't care when our pacakages are delivered, even if is his fault. Use anyone else.

I went to the UPS store this morning to have some spiral bone copies of an 84 page book. The woman behind the counter was not able to do the job for me, but she went in the back and got someone the gentleman said that he could do it, but I would have to come back later. I mentioned that I would not be able to as I had a class that was starting in a half hour he agreed to do the job the work that was done was terrific. He copied and spiral-bound five of my books Alicia, who was behind the counter also helped me with other copies that I had to have made. I was very impressed with the service that I received..Great job

The UPS Store at 3500 Main Street, Amherst, NY gave excellent, friendly customer service. I had a 20 lb. set of books to be packaged and shipped, 8 lb. of shredding, and mail to send, and each task was done with professionalism. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this a zero stars I would in a heart beat! I got married on 2/28 and brought my bouquet(Sola Woods fake flowers) and other various wedding items to be shipped to my address so I would not have to bring them on my honeymoon(we are from Ohio). I have been told my UPS stores before to do the Pack and Ship because they will make sure my items would be safe as I was worried with these items being so precious to me! Never did I expect the NIGHTMARE I would be dealing with coming home from my honeymoon. First off the bad experience started in the store with the staff member Tara. She kept wrapping my veil around the bouquet after being asked not too. On top of that when I came home and unpacked my items so excited to see them again the veil had a hole punctured in it and was wrapped around the bouquet. My flowers were smooshed and a flower has been CUT OFF! She stole from my bouquet! Do NOT have Tara touch your items!!
When I went to file a claim on UPS it stated I needed to contact the store. I tried a few time since coming home but the numbers available would not connect. I finally found an email and emailed the store. The “store owner” Sharon Silva was extremely rude and stating she REFUSES to help me file a claim stating she has a “he said she said” problem and she “does not think that any of my items would qualify for reimbursement”.
I have been in contact with customer relations trying to sort it all out and to the point of filing a police report against Tara for stealing my property. Do not go to this store with your items that you truly care about as they have a staff member who clearly steals.
