I ordered a package from Rockville and that package was supposed to get ordered to my house and I’ve always ordered stuff and it’s always came. You know it’s always came to my residence and I have trouble now with my package and I call UPS to change my address and they refuse to help me, they refuse to even help me or do anything. am writing to formally express my concern regarding a very negative experience I had at your store on March 29, 2026. I visited the location to drop off a shipment and encountered what I would describe as some of the poorest customer service I have experienced.
Upon entering, the employee did not greet any customers. Instead, her first words were, “Do you have a shipping label?” Her tone and demeanor made it seem as though customers were an inconvenience. I witnessed her speak so rudely to another customer that the individual ultimately left without completing her shipment.
In my situation, although Amazon initially provided a label, my order had been shipped in two packages, requiring a second label. While I understand that this may be standard policy, the explanation was delivered in a rude and dismissive manner. There is a professional and respectful way to communicate procedures to customers, which was clearly lacking.
Additionally, I was instructed—rather forcefully—to lift my package onto the counter myself. While I understand there may be limitations or policies regarding lifting, the request was delivered in a demanding and unprofessional way.
After stepping out to resolve the labeling issue with Amazon, I returned to the store and overheard the employee speaking negatively about customers to an off-duty employee in the back, as well as referencing the earlier customer who had left. This behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional.
Once I obtained the additional label and paid the required fee for printing, I was then instructed to carry my packages to the back area myself, in front of several other customers who appeared equally uncomfortable with the situation. When I raised a concern about potential injury and asked why the off-duty employee could not assist, I was told, “He’s off work.”
Overall, the experience gave the impression of a business operating without basic customer service standards. Customers should not feel disrespected, dismissed, or unsafe when conducting routine transactions.
I hope this matter is addressed to ensure future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
This store needs to be restaffed ASAP!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received today from Store Manager Christa Lea Minnich and her staff. What should have been a routine transaction—four Amazon returns and a Second Day Air shipment—devolved into a completely unprofessional and hostile encounter. From the start, the manager was visibly frustrated and voiced her personal dislike for how my return QR codes were saved. Rather than assisting me with packaging options for the three rings I was returning, she became combative, stating that each label required its own package but refusing to offer or sell me the necessary materials. Instead, she escalated the situation by ripping up my printed shipping labels in front of me. The situation worsened when a staff member (a woman in blue glasses) began making derogatory and unprofessional comments toward me. Despite my attempts to remain calm and complete my $63.03 shipping transaction, the staff continued to make provocative remarks, even suggesting they "didn't have room" for my paid overnight envelope. While Ms. Minnich offered a brief apology at the end of the transaction, the overall culture of bullying and the lack of basic problem-solving skills at this location are unacceptable. I am reporting this to UPS Corporate and Amazon, as no customer should be treated with such open hostility for simply requesting standard services.

WOW are these store employees at this location unprofessional!!! Never have I ever been treated the way I was at this location. My son was shipping Pokémon cards worth 8k. Myself and my boyfriend came in to help him package them up in store so I could record the entire process to have proof of what he sent in the box. My boyfriend tried to help by pre sectioning the tape so that the process went a bit faster to make the video as short as possible. He stuck the pieces of tape along the edges of the table so that my son could just grab and stick and not worry about the dispenser. As he finished up, we followed him (still recording) up to the register to hand the teller the box and get the receipt. My boyfriend left some of the tape on the table. Completely honest mistake. About 5 days later, my son had another 5k worth or cards to send, so we went in again to repeat process. This time he was more prepared and had ordered a bunch of small padded envelopes so we didn't need to mess with all of the tape. My boyfriend not realizing it started adding pieces of tape to the side of the table again. About 5 pieces in i stopped him saying we didn't need to do that this time since we had the padded envelopes. I took the tape off of the table (I'm 98% sure I took it all off). He finished packing and we walked the box up while recording and left. The following week, I went in alone with an Amazon return and was told by a very snooty employee that the manager didn't want me in the store anymore. I was completely thrown off and thought she was talking to someone behind me. She then told me it was because of the tape and that I continually go in and destroy their things. I asked to speak to the manager Rachel so that I could apologize and explain the situation. She was away for 2 weeks, so I contacted customer support to see where I should go from there. The girl that answered told me that it didn't sound right that I wasn't even given a warning or spoken to or given a chance to do anything about the matter. She told me to follow up with a claim and that she'd try to get the owner to contact me. About a week or 2 went by and no contact. I decided to go in and try to talk to the manager Rachel. This is someone I've spoken to and have delt with on many occasions. I told her that I wish she had come to me with the issue so I could have made it right. I apologized for any mess that my boyfriend may have left behind. She was nothing but nasty. Basically told me I was guilty by association because I was with him and I didn't take the tape off of the table. I completely forgot about the tape and it was an honest mistake. I'm not perfect. She kept telling me that it was done twice and that both times we left a bunch of tape on the table which wasn't true. She informed me that she was away and didn't witness either event and she hadn't even watched the security footage. She looked over at the rude employee and asked her if it happened twice. The girl shook her head yes. I asked the manager to please please look over the footage to see for herself that the employee is a liar. She refused and told me the ban still stands. I'm not allowed in the store anymore due to something someone else did...yet my son and boyfriend are allowed in. The best part is that the store owner is going along with it all and won't call me about the issue. He wants me banned as well!!! For something I didn't even do! Or should I say for something that I forgot to do apparently. I've never seen such childish power tripy behavior! I'll avoid all UPS stores from here on out. I'm near other Amazon return locations daily so it's not skin off my back. But I genuinely wanted to make it right but was met with nothing but an immature (high school mean girl type) not very intelligent woman on a power trip that chose to believe her liar of an employee vs looking at the proof on video.
On top of all this...manager Rachel is replying back to my other reviews such as YELP with complete and utter lies. I seriously can't believe you run a business like this! Owner (managers daddy) should reconsider who he has in his store. Your reviews from others...not just me.. speak for themselves. You're a nasty person

The UPS franchise in Elgin TX is a disaster waiting to happen. Today one girl running the counter with three people behind the wall talking. One lady finally comes out glaring at everyone in line. At this point there were 9 people in line at about 1pm on Friday. The staff is never pleasant or smiling. Very short conversation with less than interest. How sad...maybe someone should pay them a visit. I have now started changing delivery status away from UPS due to this store.

I have a pic of me standing in front of the clerk-Abbey at 3:39 pm on January 2nd. I took the pic that day because she made an announcement about not getting a receit because of the computer being down. So because I have used them before many times, through, I have always gotten a receit, So I believe she would be honest and process my item which was a 20$ wooden lid. Till this writing item showed on Amazon site not yet taken to the ups store on 12220 Chattanooga Pl VA. Shame on her/them for double dipping. I know they get a percentage of the returns plus my item was kept by the store staff.

This is the worse company to work for In Florence sc… first let me start out by saying if your not in they’re little click good luck…. They don’t know how to train people you got 5 people trying to play boss… they can act and treat u a certain way but you say anything it’s no they don’t believe you… you got the manager saying if she wasn’t married she would have relations with one of the customers…letting her sick granddaughter come to work and spread the germs everywhere…. Second day on the job I get fired because my husband was murdered and I had made a doctors appt before evening getting hired I started on a Monday Tuesday I had the doctors appt I called first thing around 7 am to let them know…know one responded until 8pm that night saying I was fired I had to beg to keep my job..they make u feel unwanted… they make you feel stupid because they don’t properly show you how to do things and then want to call u out on it in front of customers… they are over charging people and today one of the workers people was so rude to me I had to walk away for a minute when the manager came back back from lunch I went immediately to her office and told her what happened and of course I was lying made the whole thing up and got fire…I was brought into the office couple weeks ago and was told I had to have my own vehicle or I was gonna get fired then…they only give u a lunch break no 15 minute break you got one worker sexually harassing another worker….the day no cell phones but everyone walks around playing on they’re phones but singles others out so much more I could say..I just want to warn people and also let yall know that your paying 15 16 dollars for ups ground shipping and post office only charges 2to 4 dollars…the ups store is ripping you off..treating employees like trash that’s why they’re overhead is so high

I had a mostly positive experience with them for over three years. Then, all of a sudden, they changed their policies while my box was already paid for. They started enforcing rules I never agreed to when I paid. Randomly charging extra money. I actually drive farther to this location because the Douglasville office has horrible customer service. Slow as hell and the returns kiosk is always out of order.
I have occasion to visit 5 different UPS stores across the Green Valley, AZ area and the country and this is THE ONLY STORE (#1997) that routinely takes the Amazon Returns kiosk out of order. Today, instead of the 2-3 minutes it would take me at the kiosk, it took me 23 minutes waiting on 14 people ahead of me.
And their sign says "Drop Off and Return with Ease" right above the kiosk. Adding insult to injury, attempting to tell someone about this through their online system only results in an error.
Workers there tell me that it's because "people are always breaking the printer". If that's so, why are none of the other stores experiencing this? What's going on with this location? I'm going to take all my business elsewhere from now on. Shame on you.
Come Back Tomorrow?
I made the 20-minute drive from Hidden Valley to drop off a couple of Amazon returns. I walked into the store at 4:30 PM and was the only customer. I was promptly told, "If you're here to drop off Amazon returns, we're not taking them because we're backlogged. You'll have to come back tomorrow." I didn't even get an apology. There were a couple of employees plus a uniformed UPS driver standing around idle.
Advice to management: When you tell a customer to come back tomorrow, most don't. They go somewhere else.

We were in an absolute pinch getting invites for my husband's retirement party while were away from home RVing. Corey and Reina were phenomenal!!!! They got right on it, worked right through to get them ready, and I am pretty darn sure they worked after hours to get this done. You have two amazing employees at this location. Give them a raise!!! They went above and beyond to get this done for us. I will forever use the UPS store for our needs. They helped reduce our stress and got the job done exceeding our expectations. You are very fortunate to have such knowledgeable, pleasant and incredible employees. Kudos to UPS for having them on your team!

It is New Years Eve and it is 2 p.m. The majority of the world is functioning as it should. I drove through blowing snow showers out Tusc to drop off an amazon return and I was stopped by a lady who worked at a store next door who told me that the UPS store was closed. I replied well that’s stupid. She said that they were closed all day and never opened because it’s a holiday. That’s funny, the mail is running and the banks are open. On their window is a big, bright flashing open sign. When I got home I saw that their website says that they are closed now but they are open tomorrow. It also says that they are open 7 days a week. Talk about a joke of a store but then again it is Canton, Ohio and should be expected.

My experience at this UPS Store was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was rude and dismissive. She insisted that I purchase an entire roll of tape just to wrap a small item, and before I could finish explaining, she cut me off and called the next customer. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional. Customer service could definitely be improved.

A family member went to ship some inexpensive holidays gifts (worth less than $200) today from MA to CT. This location charged them $550 for a shipment that should have been $150 or so! The store purposefully sold them too large a box and then on top inaccurately measured the dimensions of that box to make it exactly 1 inch over a 130 inch “large package” threshold leading to extreme fees. It’s all just a scam. When I called 45 minutes later to inquire how the charge got so large and to attempt to reverse by canceling the whole shipment, the owner became verbally abusive and then personally threatening. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs. UPS Corporate should not allow franchisees like this to sully their name.
There is a reason why this location has so many terrible reviews. I wish I would have checked these reviews before today’s events. I guess there are much better franchisees in Needham and Newton.
