We needed a new loft hatch and ladders, and contacted More Than Loft Ladders to give us a quote. I'd also been considering getting the whole roof space re-insulated and extending the boarding, and the quote Lewis gave us for the entire job seemed reasonable, so we went with the full job.
The work was all completed in a day by Mark, Vlad and Ethan. These guys were brilliant - considerate, hard-working and very professional, making sure they caused as little disruption as possible, tidied everything after themselves and the end result was brilliant. We now have double the usable loft space, it's all level and secure, and it all looks so much better.

I chose MTLL because when Finn came to assess my loft for boarding he supplied more useful information and advice than other companies.
On installation day he arrived on time, fitted the boarding with minimum disturbance, and left all areas clean and tidy.

This was a great experience. I’d looked at a lot of companies and wanted to stay local. From the initial response to my online query being so fast to the initial survey and quote, we have been really impressed by the professionalism and care taken with our loft. Honestly cannot rate these guys highly enough. When I asked for a quote they provided me with comprehensive options and advised on what was and wasn’t suitable or needed. The prices were very competitive and invoicing professional.

The day of installation, the installer (Fin) was on time, made sure that the area was protected, all work was complete to great standard and left absolutely no mess. Before leaving gave me a run down of the new hatch and ladder mechanism and showed me the loft space.

Again, 10/10, no notes. If ever I need any more work done I know where to go

More than loft ladders provide a brilliant service, i needed a new loft hatch for easier access to service/maintain my boiler flue. The installation engineer Andy was everything you'd wish for knowledgeable, punctual, very tidy the way he left you wouldn't know he'd been apart from the loft hatch in the bedroom ceiling LOL. Mark instilled confidence as soon as he arrived. He thoroughly checked out the loft, took me up there and explained it all to me. Surprisingly, several other companies who quoted hardly even went into the loft. I was very keen to have Mark on the job himself as it was him who gave me the confidence and although he said he wouldn't normally be present he assured me he would be for me. This sealed the deal for me and I went with More Than Loft Ladders. As it turns out the other 2 guys (3 in total) who did the job were fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome and am just about to start using it. I had a concern with the ladder. I contacted Mark and he came round and sorted it without any question. FANTASTIC SERVICE and I have already recommended this company to a friend who wants the same work done. On the day, Vlad arrived and talked through the work to be completed before getting started. Ethan and Harry also assisted, and the team cracked on efficiently, completing everything in good time. The work was clean and tidy, and they left only after giving a thorough demonstration and talk-through of everything installed.

We have been incredibly impressed with More than Loft Ladders. They are a friendly and efficient company who have done a great job boarding our loft. The quote was very reasonable and much cheaper than others we got. The young man Ryan who did the job was extremely organised and did a brilliant job. We could not recommend him more highly.
