Loan decisions are based on several factors verified through our review process, including the Instant Bank Verification assessment and payment history. In some cases, the results from these reviews may prevent an application from being approved. This can happen for many reasons such as recent banking activity, deposit patterns, or other eligibility requirements that must be met at the time of review.

Each application is assessed carefully and consistently to ensure fairness for all applicants. While not every file can be approved, we always welcome clients to reapply with us in 30 days, as we’re happy to take another look and assist wherever possible.

We understand your concern. Once a contract is signed, the file goes through a final verification to ensure all banking and account details are valid before any funds are released. In some situations, this process can uncover discrepancies or issues that prevent the transfer from being completed. Unfortunately, at the last step we weren’t able to proceed with the application, but our team carefully reviews every case to ensure all decisions are made fairly and accurately.
