They are fast to send the money but never available to answer phone calls or emails. You just leave messages or write emails however there is nobody calling you back or emailing you with the information you requested

We always make it a priority to send out funds as quickly as possible once a loan is approved. Our processing time is among the fastest in the industry, and most of our clients receive their e-Transfer within minutes after final approval. Any delay that occurs afterward is strictly related to the banks’ own processing time, which can vary depending on the institution or the time of day. We have no control over how long a bank takes to release the funds once the transfer is sent.
Our records show that we consistently deliver fast service, so if there was an unusual delay, it may have been related to your bank or possibly even a mix-up with another company.

Applied and was denied...
Applied and was denied.... denied due to payment history and my bank verification. When I asked.for clarification.... I have never loaded with them before rheu simply told me they would not proceed. Terrible customer service.
