Hi Michael all emails were answered professionally even though you had emailed with numerous threats after the courier lost your parcel. You also received a refund after the 10 business days when a parcel is deemed lost which is all stated in the policy. As a fellow business owner you should know policies are there to protect businesses. No replacement were offered as your custom was no longer welcome as we take threats seriously

Amazing business I’ve ordered a few times now and definitely will be plenty of more orders to come . Delivery so quick sweets amazing mine little boy loves watching all the orders and his own get packed even if I put in the chat live that he saying something Emma so lovely and says hello to him

Super fast friendly service!!

Emma and the gang are fabulous!! Super fast friendly service and the sweets are lush my kids love to watch the lives and see all the different sweets and make me spend more money obviously 😂❤️ my Christmas gifts have arrived in 2 days I’m over the moon with them thank you
